This couch cover is definitely worth buying if you don't want to spend $1000+ for a new couch. $179 is a little steep, but our sectional is so huge, this is the only one I found that fits it. (DONT purchase from slipcovernation.com who also sells large couch covers for 100+ inch sectionals, but they are a scam. I'm out $70 from them, and I never received anything in the mail) Anyways, it does the job and it looks just fine. Don't expect the couch to look like an expensive new sectional. It's a couch cover. Have low standards, and it'll come out way better than you think! Putting it on was not challenging. Followed the video and instructions it came with. No problem. I can be a little dramatic but not even kidding when I say this answered my prayers. I spent HOURS looking for a couch cover for my oddly-shaped, one piece sofa with chaise. I recently bought my first brand new couch ever, and shortly after I realized the fabric was rough and I hated it. My cats nails caught on the couch and it attracted pet hair like a magnet. My “big girl purchase” went south and I regretted buying the stupid couch. After researching for hours across multiple days, I gave up and used blankets to cover my couch. Then I stumbled upon this brand via a Facebook ad (thanks Zuck for using my data to my advantage, for once!) and instantly bought one. Purchasing this cover made me love my couch again. It’s soft, so easy to install, and brightens my entire living room. It is way more comfortable to sit on this than a canvas-y, scratchy, ugly blue couch. I was weary about the price but it is worth it. I will be buying more covers when I feel my space needs a color refresh. So over the moon I had to write a positive review. First picture is without the cover. Second is with the cover on. I cannot say enough good things about this product. Super easy to put on. With 3 full grown boxers in our house we wanted to protect our new set. It actually fits. Doesn’t slip and the color nearly matches the actual furniture. Realistically, as it’s the only cover that comes close to fitting many sectionals, it is the one to buy. However! I honestly don’t feel it’s worth the price. I’ve had mine for about 3 months now and while I would say it gets moderate use it is showing signs of wear. Cats CAN snag the material contrary to claims otherwise. It’s not easy to put on but no cover is, really. I’ve had several, being a multi-pet owner. At the L it doesn’t conform neatly, it curves away from the sofa, so if that is going to bother you, you might not like it. The material is thin and puckered which allows for the stretching but it won’t appeal to everyone. It took me awhile to adjust to the look. I don’t love it but it’s better than my horribly cat clawed couch with the hole in one side where the cat burrowed through! I can’t afford to buy a new couch and duct tape is ugly and couch throws shift too much to be practical. This is a step up from those, but it doesn’t really look attractive to me, only okay. My sectional is U shaped, making it extremely difficult to cover. I ended up buying the L shaped and the 3 seat covers to cover the entire U shape. It works okay with some adjustments. The covers definitely could use better straps and it would be awesome if they came with pool noodles to anchor instead of cardboard that doesn’t really hold it in place. I think the material could be improved also - something thicker and more durable. I doubt this will hold up for more than a few years if I am lucky - and it was about $400 to do my entire sectional. I probably would think it was worth the price if I wasn’t on such a tight budget. I haven’t washed it yet, mostly because I dread putting it back on and the possibility that it won’t hold up in the machine. All in all, I am okay with it because it serves the purpose but I would like to see improvements to quality and durability or a reduction in price. ... show more

    • Don’t buy unless it’s 25.00...
It’s Jan 4 and was thinking about a new sofa but instead spent 180.00 on this cover...first I will say don’t buy... way to expensive for the result I got. All the elastic strips buckle broke on first try. So cover doesn’t look good on my expensive sofa. Very disappointed. 180.00 is big time price for this and expected first class look. LOVE THIS COVER! I am 4'2" and handicapped (walk with canes) - took me about 30 minutes to cover my L-shaped sectional alone. The only difficulty I had was getting the long tie under the sofa to tie in the back! I tucked the ties inside the hem so nothing shows or dangles. Not sure how one reviewer struggled with their sectional sofa, but I was able to apply the cover on my own within 10 mins. Super easy and convenient to protect a sofa and be able to wash the cover as needed. It is very pricey but it was the only 1 piece sectional sofa cover I was able to find. Fit the purpose for what I needed. Make sure to use the cardboard inserts to tuck in the sofa so it can look like the photo. There's also a video to help guide installation. ... show more
