This has held up better than we expected with our large dog and 2 kids. It is easy to wash and the color has not faded. Easy to install. The arm covers were a little long so I folded up the ends a few inches to make pockets to hold the remotes and other small items.

We just received this couch cover, but so far very pleased with it. We purchased a size small after I carefully measured our couch. In the first picture I included the measurements of our couch to help give prospective buyers an idea of the fit. It does not cover the entire armrest, but covers the main parts of the couch very well. Any areas where there was too much material, it was easily tucked in, giving it a more secure fit. Nothing has budged so far with the use of the rods. We had to tuck in first, then tuck the rods in for a secure hold, weren’t sure how to utilize the rods at first. (Oh! Also in the 1st pic with the measurements; there was a little bit of material hanging off the end of the chaise. Our chaise lifts up for storage under, and so the extra material is tucked in, but it works either way!) The couch is brand new. Our chihuahua-mix sleeps on this couch every day and evening, we snack and have beverages while on it, we also want to protect it from our cat scratching, and let’s not forget about fur! The gaps on the armrests could be an issue with the cat scratching, hard to say. Really like the soft, quilted material. As soon as we made sure it fit we threw it in the wash, and against directions put it in the dryer on low heat. Came out great! Can’t say anything about the water resistance yet, haven’t had it long enough. However, we recognize that it is water ‘resistant’ not waterproof! The added protection against spills and pets getting sick is certainly better than no protection at all! Very pleased with this couch cover so far! Update one year later: the cover has held up very well! Our dog has puked on it numerous times and it has not gone through to the actual couch. We have washed it many times, putting it in the dryer on low heat has caused it to pill a little bit but not much really. Still love it!

I've owned several couch covers over the years, as I have 3 hairy pets and share the furniture with them. I've never felt compelled to write a review about any of the covers until I got this one. If you're like me and have been around the block with couch covers, you'll understand when I say that many of them that claim to stay in place don't, ever. They're constantly needing to be adjusted after being sat on. But not this one!!!! This is my 2nd cover for this reversible L-shaped small sectional bought from Wayfair. What sets this cover above all the others is how smart and convenient the design is. For example, there is a slit in the cover between the loveseat and the chaise lounge. The reason I like this is because, in my experience, the cover that did not have the slit was constantly having to be tucked back down into the cushion between the loveseat and chaise anytime anybody sat down on it. That gets tedious quickly. I believe that this is the perfect cover for this sectional because everything fits right into place, and I did measure my couch beforehand to ensure it fit right-- my couch is 81" wide. It takes some adjusting to get the cover looking normal. Once you do get it into place, there are 5 flexible, black, paper towel tube-like anchors that you can stick down into the cushion to secure the cover in place. I've used these before on other couch covers with no real difference, but THIS one.. it makes all the difference. It REALLY anchors the cover into place. When the cover is sat on, it needs minimal adjusting, if any, afterward. However I do attribute a lot of the security to the anchors. And you probably need to get the cover to fit tightly first. If it's loose/sloppy, it probably won't be as effective. I've included some photos for reference. Can we also talk about how PERFECT the color match is? I got the pink cover for my "blush rose" velvet couch and have tucked the cover underneath the loveseat part of the cushion so you can see the color contrast between the couch and the cover. Probably best I'm going to find anywhere. The cover is soft to the touch too. I can't speak for durability, water resistance, stains etc yet as I just got this cover yesterday. I was just really excited to share my thoughts on it hoping that it may help other potential buyers. With that being said, the sheet that came with it says that the cover is water RESISTANT, not water-PROOF.. it does say that spills need to be cleaned up immediately. Hope this info and the pics help. I like this cover so much, that if I notice it's going out of stock, I may buy a 2nd cover as a backup (can never be too safe with 2 huge dogs and a cat). It's THAT great! I've updated my photos to show how versatile the color is and how well it can be shown off with the right pillows.

I was trying to find a solution to my dog digging stuffing out of the couch cushions and this was not it. Its very thin material and doesn't fit the couch very well. My dog was still able to get into the couch cushions. The foam rollers that are supposed to hold it in place don't do much. My dog kept digging them out. It was like a game. 😡 Not what I was looking for. I returned it.

This is an awesome cover! Came with foam rods to tuck into the cushion crevices. Should keep cover in place without sliding all over the place love it so much going to buy it in a different color.

The measurements are wrong. I bought this one because the size was just right for the L part. It was supposed to be 2 inches left to fall over the side, but it was much shorter than that. Check the photos. And I doubt it works for L on both sides, more like only the right side, because you can see a clear seam that's not visible on the other "correct" side. UPDATE june 8th 2026, guven one star, because the reason why we bought this was to prevent spill, whichnit did not do since the seams are not water proof.

The quality of the cover appears very good and for my dog, yes, it's perfect. I took off a star due to the sizing of the chaise cover portion. It is ridiculously narrow. More like a strip. Everything else fits well and it is soft and looks nice. Just chintzed out on that area. Thankfully my doggo likes the main part of the couch where the cover fits perfectly. Regarding water complaints by others. I couldn't tell you as that hasn't happened to me BUT I believe this item says "resistant" and by looking at one complainers photo, it looked like a gallon of liquid was spilled. No cover other than thick solid plastic is going to hold off that disaster. Also, this item is fabric, no fabric will be completely waterproof no matter what if liquid in larger quantities is allowed to sit for any length of time. If you, your pets, your in laws have a wetting problem or you plan to have large glasses or containers of liquids around or you like to have keg parties where anything can happen, buy a sheet of plastic, 5 mil or more to throw under this or just use plastic only.
