  • Specs for water sports.
Color: White
The product is beautiful, I use it for windsurfing. They are sheik smart and fashionable. Tight to the face so they won’t fall off because of the strap.

  • not perfect, but Love my third pair
Color: White
This pair is my third one. I used my first two pairs interchangeably since one had less scratches on it. One pair I gave to my dad after he lost his, and I still use my older pair for when scratches don't bother me (kitesurfing). I used both pairs for over 5 years. Doing what? Glad you asked. Mountain and road cycling, snowboarding, windsurfing, sailing, rafting, kiteboarding, beach volleyball, hiking and also riding a small scooter I rented once. The built-in strap is very convenient and you can easily let them rest on your neck without stretching out the frame (when put on your head), and also minimizing the chance of loosing or dropping your glasses. The glass quality is great and the polarized lens are a huge advantage because It blocks out a ton of light that you don't need to see, alowing the glass to be lighter. This way you can also use the glasses when it's cloudy or starts to get darker while still seeing just fine. The build is great, and having used my pair at least twice a week for over 5 years shows just that. Also, for around $25 they have an amazing value for their cost. They are easily worth much more than that. Before you buy, notice that are at least 2 different lens "shade" color. One is a regular shaded lens, and the other has a brown tint. I read a review where someone said it the glasses didn't fit him being a bigger guy, so I wanted to say that i'm 5'10 and 150lbs for comparison. The Cons: The only times I had problems with the glasses are usually a problem any glasses would have. When hiking in cold weather with my mouth covered, the hot air went up to my glasses and fogged them. If there's any solution for that i'd love to hear, but i'm pretty sure that would happen with most glasses that cover a wide part of your face. when doing water sports (sailing, kiteboarding, windsurfing) the water that got splashed on the glasses occasionnaly made it difficult to see and left marks. Again, pretty common problem, and I think there might be some safe materials you can put on the glass to make the water just wash off. Also, even though they cover a wider part of your face than most glasses, it won't prevent water splashing into your eyes when doing water sports. hope that helps. If you have any questions please leave a comment and i'll answer as soon as I can. Enjoy your glasses! ... show more

  • Mediocre but doing it's job
Color: White
they are okay for the price you pay. But (and that a big but) They are uncomfortable when you tight them to your head specially for a long period time , I use them for surfing and I have to tight them well for them not to fall off, because of that after 30 minutes I have to take a break of them because they start to hurt. The lenses get fogy pretty quick after you submerge and rise from sea water, so you have to tug your finger hardly in the tight space between the sunglasses to your eyes in order to clean the fog. because the security band is short even at it loosen to the max so it's hard to put on and take off The good thing about the glasses is that they give a good shade and almost completely block the hard sun glare from the water and sky so you have a good visibility of the surrounding while wearing them. summery : Good for the price and as a backup sunglasses and they cost less here then their official website ... show more

  • Seaspecs Extreme Sports Sunglasses
Color: White
I purchased this sunglasses as a back up to my current Platinum Sun sunglasses, very similar to this Seaspecs sunglasses. The only thing I don’t like is the head strap. The strap appeared to be of cloth material and doesn’t stretch much and doesn’t snug to the back of my head like my first sunglasses with a rubber strap that stays snug to my head which is a very good thing driving a jet ski on choppy, salty, bay water of the SF Bay Area. The frame fit and finish appear to be very good. The lens are strong solid plastic that doesn’t bend. I dont think it’s a polycarbonate material bdcsusd if the price. I didn’t give it a 5 rating because I think the sunglasses with the non rubber strap will result in more up n down movement on my face. I’ll find out in 2 days when I take out my jet ski for the first time for this year. ... show more

  • Very nice watersports specs - Much better than expected !!
Color: White
These are great WATERsports sunglasses for the money! Strap works great and they are built strong and sturdy. I've got a pair of Oakley Waterjackets that closely resemble these. Though the Oakley's have vented lenses and slightly better optics, they aren't available any more. And if they were, they sell for nearly TEN TIMES the price. Reading some of the reviews, honestly is a bit comical. Some with more negative comments seem to try comparing these (apples to apples) with Much higher cost specs, and even with other categories, such as snowboarding GOGGLES. These are NOT goggles, nor were they designed to be such. And no, they don't block out 99% of the sun like a NASA helmet -They weren't designed for that either. What these specs will provide are medium dark, POLARIZED lenses in a sturdy, well built frame with a strong and secure head strap. And for the record, comparing them side by side with my Oakley's, These are virtually identical in size - Definitely NOT only for small women or kids. This would only be the case if they were advertised as snowboarding GOGGLES.... which they are not. ... show more

  • kitesurfing glasses
Color: White
Perfect for Kitesurfing ! Hands-Down these are the Best, they're secured without being tight, water spots are easily cleared by dipping your head in the water for a rinse and they're clear as when they were dry. I got tired buying $100.00 sunglasses and tying a sting to it, only for them to get yanked-off my face and lost forever , then I started to use the cheep china made ones that have the poorest optical quality and even those fell-off y face when i crash, because of the adjustable strap you can make them fit perfect and still secured enough for the biggest of wipe-outs. I highly recommend Seaspecs to any water enthusiast. ... show more
