It retains the versatility and robustness of its predecessors, but puts out an industry leading 7.0 Gallons per Minute at 60 PSI. It may also be configured with different inlet types, each with their own unique fittings to be sure that it fits any application you can require. Our 53-Series will perform optimally under both high flow and low flow. It also features self-priming capabilities and priming up to 6 vertical feet while operating quietly during any application. This pump is capable of running dry and even contains a built-in check valve. As our most heay duty pump, it is perfect for applcations such as marine, RV, water treatment, agriculture, janitorial, automotive, caravans, mobile homes, and more! I like the gpm of this pump. I had to order a new one, as my last one got silt in it and even though I took it apart and cleaned the stuff out it never pumped at the same rate.

    • Works as needed
I love it. The on-demand pump is perfect delivering water from my 420 gallon rain water barrel. Once the leaks are dealt with, the relay switch slows and shuts down the pump once it's up to pressure. It primed very well. This would be good for RV and off-grid 12V applications for on-demand water. When the pump is running, it's actually much more quiet than another 7 gal/min pump that I had. I simply have a small solar panel attached through a charge controller to a deep cycle battery to charge it when not in use and I had spare battery clamps which I spliced on. It does just come with 2 wires; so, you'll need to find a way to attach it to the power supply. Note that the fittings are for pipes. Thus, adapters are needed to use garden hoses and I used teflon tape to ensure the seals. The plastic is soft so you have to be careful when adding the metal adaptors. Heavy, beefy unit. Gets up to pressure easily. Had to adjust pressure switch as it was cycling on and off trying to get to 70PSI instead of cutting off at 60. Time will tell if it is a good pump. 5/31/20: LOL, well, that didn't take long. the pump was sitting quiet when all of a sudden it came on at full speed - and the pressure was already at 50psi - it kept going past 65 when I shut it off manually at the panel. After several tries, I could not get it to stop pumping. I don't know what it is with the pressure switches on these 12v pumps, but they tend to be garbage. I like the pump and motor itself, so I've decided to install a standalone Square D or Lefoo switch that I know will be reliable. ... show more

    • Warranty Support is Non Existent So Far
Maybe you should not factor in the warranty on your purchase decision. Be prepared to toss the pump if it fails after the Amazon return period. Good working pump while it worked. It was rated for continuous running but not sure it really can support that. We used it most days for 4-6 hours per day for about 2 months before it stopped working. Been trying to reach the seller (GK Wholesale) and the manufacturer (China) with no response. Received 2 identical one line messages (May 14 and May 29) from GK Wholesale "What seems to be the issue with it?" Sent an email to manufacturer with no response. Had paid a lot thinking I was getting a quality product but not so sure anymore. Will update if anything changes. ... show more

First no one on amazon is a distributor of their products. In fact no one in the US is a distributor mainly because the company doesn't bother answering their phones. I've called their primary US office and got voicemails for both their sale and support teams and never got any return emails from their offshores primary office. the Amazon seller I bought this from hasn't responded either. so yea. If you're looking for a powerful high flow pump for your boat or RV, consider Remco, they make one for a good price that is made in the USA. ... show more

This pump was really easy to install and has good pumping pressure and no issues with the fuse like some other brands I have tried. My only concern is the pump won’t shut off on its own. Probably just a defect.

    • Only Lasted 7 Run Time Hours
I bought this pump to operate a remote tree watering system that waters 4 trees at a time. Hooked it up and it worked great for two days...7 total run time hours and burnt up. Voltage was good from batter to the relay and out of the relay, so not sure what happened, but I would shy away from this pump unfortunately. ... show more
