These anchors seem to be made well for this type of anchor. Time will tell. These held my 21 foot pontoon boat pretty well on my last week long camping trip. I used these to anchor in coves and float with my favorite adult beverage to stay cool. Just make sure to keep a check on the shackles as others have said the bolts back out and they lost their anchor. I had no problems with the shackles, but I kept checking them before I would drop the anchors in the water. I used one for the front of the boat and one for the back.     • Worked exactly like I hoped it would..
Every year we go to the lake on vacation. I always have trouble keeping my Jet Ski’s safely tied up because the bottom is really rocky and hard. I bought this anchor hoping it would hold my skis from beating on the rocky shore but hold them in place, just off the bank so they wouldn’t drift off in the rough water as boats were passing by causing a wake. It performed great. I tied (2) Waverunners and a 6x18 floating play mat to it and it held for 4 days and never moved. ... show more
