We needed basic life vests for our scouting group's canoe trip, and these got the job done. Fit teen boys well and float - so both requirements met! Hard to get them back into the storage bag once out so we got a sterilite bin to hold them after use.

I love the vest but it was listed as being for up to 55 lbs. On the vest, it says up to 50 lbs. and it is too small for my 52 lb. 4 year old.

BUT WHEN I WALK INTO ACADEMY SPORTS AND SEE THE SAME ITEM FOR THE SAME PRICE, I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE WORKING AGANST ME. I INVITE STRANGE PEOPLE TO MY HOUSE, OFFER THEM SOMETHING COLD TO DRINK, AND TRY TO TELL THEM THE THUTH ABOUT THE ITEM. AS STSTED BEFORE, I HAVE HAD C.O.P.D.
