  • Good anchor for tow boats 21-24 feet plus a few more
Style: 19-lb Anchor
Anchor is Strong enough to hold 3 boats 21-24 foot fiberglass tow/runabouts. Get the Danik hook and 100’ line if you are going to Norris Lake. Used it several times this summer. Easy to deploy and bring up. Holds greats. Obviously it would easily hold a row of pontoons. I am guessing it is good to hold 10,000lbs of boats in one spot no problem. I used it to hold 3 boats all day in water where many were surfing and wakeboarding all around us. ... show more

  • Works great for 18’ pontoon boat.
Style: 25-lb Anchor
Got tired of the wind pushing us around, bought this anchor and haven’t had a problem since. Easier to place and solidly built. Eat your Wheaties before pulling it up! Bought the Amazon refurbished version and it was in perfect shape.

  • Better than what I had
Style: 19-lb Anchor
A friend of mine told me about this anchor and I ordered the 19lb. I have a 21 ft Tahoe Q6 and I didn’t go with the 13lb. When anchored, my boat doesn’t drift away at all. Definitely heavier but I can still get it in and out of the water. I make sure to have a few towels to lay it on when I’m breaking it down to store back underneath one of the front seats. Buy this anchor! It’s one of the best options I purchased thus far! ... show more

  • Pontoon
Style: 19-lb Anchor
Game changer on my pontoon. Between itself and 7 foot of chain, She don’t budge!

  • Good anchor that works, tighten before use.
Style: 19-lb Anchor
Bought this anchor late in the season and it worked perfectly the one and only time i needed it. First throw and it set on a sandy bottom where my old anchor took multiple attempts to get set. Worth every penny right then and there. (22 ft open bow ski boat with a mild river current) Some other reviews mentioned the anchor came apart, so I tightened up all the bolts right out of the box and am confident that it will stay together. My only complaint is the locking pin that keeps the anchor open and square is a little short. Tightened down the spring but the pin still has potential to pull free from the open and locked position causing the anchor to fold up. Not a deal breaker just something to keep in mind. ... show more

  • No more hardware to tighten
Style: 19-lb Anchor
I read of bunch of the reviews before buying this box anchor. Apparently in the past two years or so, the design has changed. There is no longer any hardware that needs any tightening before using. The pins that hold the anchor together are capped off so no nuts or bolts to loosen up. Also, the latching pin on mine sits nice and securely with no wiggle room to move around. The arm where you attach your rope/chain no longer uses a shackle either so it's ready to go out of the box, just toss it in the water and forget about it. ... show more
