  • Great mask. No leaking.
Color: aquamarine/orange Size: S-M
After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a bit worried to buy this and try it for my snorkeling trip in Aruba and Curaçao. But it worked really great and was way more lightweight than my husbands full face mask. The only issue I had with it was the removable snorkel was difficult to get on and off. I had to have my husband do it every time and even he struggled. But the actual snorkeling in it was great. No fogging and no leaking. Comfortable to wear and I have fibromyalgia so my skin is very sensitive to pressure and pain. I did not notice any signs of CO2 retention. No dizziness or light headedness. Breathing was easy. I would recommend this mask. ... show more

  • Best full face snorkel mask
Color: Aquamarine/Orange Size: Large-X-Large
I ordered a few of these for everyone in the family to use and they are amazing! We love the quick release buckles and the overall shape of the mask that makes for seeing more underwater than others of this type. The mask also doesn’t seem to fog up or have any problems beading water off of it. We all settled on the small size despite ordering some large as well. The size differences are very small and are more about the face piece width than anything else. If you feel you have a wider face then the large would be your best bet, but for us it was too wide to make a good enough seal. The only downfall of these is the snorkel tube takes some effort to snap in place so we just leave ours together whenever we can. The breathing is easy and care free and I never feel like I’m not getting enough air even when I’m exhausted from swimming. I got addicted to the full face snorkeling experience and these were a worthwhile investment we have used many many times and they never let us down. ... show more

  • Hands free!!
Love these masks and the ability to be completely hands free with no mouth piece. It takes getting used too though and you have to just trust the device for it to really work but it was amazing once you do!!! Hands down upgrades a snorkeling experience. We purchased 2 of these masks and 1 mask fit together so much nicer and easier then the order so that is the only issue is manufacturing can be faulty depending but if it get a good one then it’s totally worth the money! ... show more

  • Snorkel would not attach
Color: aquamarine/orange Size: S-M
Got the mask out. It fit perfectly. I was so happy until I tried to attach the snorkel. I worked and worked with it but it would never snap in. I hoped it would be given the choice to replace it but I was not given that option. Guess I'll shop locally.

  • The BEST full face snorkel mask! Great for lap swimming if you have neck issues!
Color: black/orange Size: S-M
I have severe DDD and have trouble turning my neck to breathe while swimming, so I’ve been using a full face snorkel mask in the lap pool for a few years now. I also have severe asthma, so it was especially important to find a mask that has been extensively safety tested— and this one is the safest you’ll find! My previous mask (a no name/knockoff brand) was apparently leaking some CO2 from my exhalations, so I wasn’t able to swim as far before needing to remove it. I’d occasionally feel dizzy or even nauseous as a result. But I don’t have any of those problems with the Seac mask! With the design of this mask, the CO2 from your exhalation exits the mask thru little holes near your forehead area— unlike some full face masks and traditional snorkel masks, where your exhalation and inhalation is thru the same snorkel tube (Since the snorkel would still contain some CO2 from your last breath every time you take a new breath, you wouldn’t be getting the same amount of fresh oxygenated air with other designs). The only drawback— and it’s a completely minor issue— is that you will hear and sometimes see little bubbles in the water as you exhale. But I’d much rather breathe better, and hearing and seeing some light bubbles as I swim is a non issue! Just make sure to MEASURE your face and test the fit before swimming. This is so important because if the interior chamber of the mask doesn’t line up correctly with the bridge of your nose, or if the mask is too large, it just won’t work. You’ll either be breathing in CO2 if it’s too small, or if it’s too large, you’ll get a face full of water… so take the time to measure. FWIW, I’m a 5’9” woman and the small/medium Seac mask fits me perfectly (even though my previous mask was a size L). Also before using one, practice taking your mask on and off as many times as you need to, until it becomes second nature/muscle memory. Just a safety tip, but this is very important with any type of mask you’ll be using in water. Breathing is very natural with this type of mask, and the fit and design of the Seac mask is superb! The dry top snorkel is easily removed (just press tabs on both sides of the tube, at the connection point and give it a wiggle). No fog, great visibility, no problems at all! Just perfect in every way! ... show more

  • Pros and Cons
Color: black/orange Size: S-M
The pros: Good fit; traditional snorkel masks never fit my face and always leak. Great visibility. The cons: After the first use the mask cracked where the tube is inserted. As others have mentioned, it is extremely difficult to remove the tube. Since it was within the warrantee period I was able to get a replacement mask. Next, one of the snap-in buckles cracked while in my luggage. I paid for a replacement. I learned to detach the buckles when packing, so this can be prevented. Now after about six uses with the replacement mask, the tab connecting the tube to the mask cracked off (right below the "Made in China" marking). There is also a crack on the mask itself where the tube inserts. Since I like the functioning of the mask I will probably pay for a replacement tube, and hope that the crack on the mask will hold up. Caution to those who purchase this mask: Be extremely careful when attaching and removing the tube. A lubricant may help. I would advise practicing attaching and removing the tube while still within the replacement period. ... show more
