Not a black lip oil, despite the product picture (which usually aren’t reliable), it’s not a light tinted oil. It’s not even similar to a lip gloss formula/feel. It’s fully pigmented, & stains your lips like a matte liquid lipstick. It dries out your lips so fast, even after wiping it off. It's a really bad matte black liquid lipstick. Even putting it on it is super thick. It dries down to a crazy matte black. It's super drying as well :c
