This is a cute dress for fall, will make a nice layering piece with or without tights, and some boots! I'm a size 14-16 and ordered the XL. It's snug, but not form fitting... it fits well. I'm bigger breasted and the design of the bust area is a little weird (stitching) but with the way it flows out on the bottom it is still flattering. I look forward to wearing it once it starts to cool down since its long sleeved. The material is of good quality and is soft. The burgundy is a nice color and not see-through.

My wife likes this dress. As it's cooling off, she's now able to wear it to work. It's lightweight enough to be comfortable, but heavy enough to stay warm. She's 5'4" and it fits her in length nicely. She can wear pants with it too.

I recently bought the Dokotoo Fall Dress and overall, I’m really happy with it. The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable, making it perfect for casual wear during cooler months. It has a relaxed, easy fit that gives it a laid-back vibe, which I love—but I do wish I had sized down. The fit runs a bit larger than expected, and without some styling, it can look a little shapeless on me. That said, it’s still a super cute piece, and I’ve found ways to make it work perfectly for my style. Adding a metal belt at the waist really helps give the dress more shape and definition, which makes a huge difference. I also tend to wear it more like a tunic—with jeans or leggings underneath—because the length is a bit shorter than I’m comfortable with on its own. Despite those adjustments, I genuinely enjoy wearing it. The color and style are flattering, and it feels great on. It’s one of those pieces that’s easy to throw on and still look put-together. If you like a roomy, cozy fit or plan to layer it, you’ll probably love it just the way it is. I might even grab another one in a different color—but definitely a size down next time!
