He's a great for holding your denture secure. But they are way too big and you have to cut them all down. So by time you go through all of that you might as well just get the strips, as these are quite expensive in comparison.

I use the strips with paste adhesive because the strips doesn't hold my teeth like I want but its not the product fault but anyway the paste is messy and it is time consuming to get off but if you have the time buy and cut the adhesive strips and place on teeth as a base first... then squeeze the paste on top of the strips...when cleaning all you have to do is peel off because the paste is stuck on the strips not the teeth. Update:I used a coffee wood stick to pry up product,, Another Update: I was in a hurry and didn't have time for cutting strips so I wet the strip and placed on dentures and did the tuck/fold adjustment no cutting and then placed adhesive but depending on how your dentures are made this part may not be comfortable... Here's another routine: get a soft toothbrush and WET it and brush your gums. Your mouth will feel so much better ... show more

Does Not Work!!!!!!! It only lasts a few hours, then your teeth pop out. But it is much easier to remove the adheres then paste types.
