My retainers come out looking much cleaner and fresher than when I hand wash them. It’s also compact, quiet, and doesn’t take up much counter space. I’ve also used it on my jewelry with good results. I give 5 stars for the brand and the supplier for being very diligent, responsive, and willing to provide excellent product support. I give 4 stars for the product itself. It cleans dental retainers very well as advertised. However we ran into an issue with the product displaying an error code (E04) after 6 months of use. The supplier Ueofen was very responsive when we contacted them, honored the warranty and shipped us a new unit which we have been working well for the last 2 months. I do recommend the product for its functionality and excellent customer support. Things happen!

I use this for my retainer but it cleans toothbrushes and my tongue scraper, the colors a basic white which does get dirty so I wash it every week, doesn’t leave any taste on the retainer unless I use a cleaning capsule in it which it doesn’t need it just for fragrance, if you don’t put a capsule in it’s odorless and fragrance free, I thought it was minutes but it’s seconds on the timer, I brush my teeth while it runs works as a timer easy to use plugs into the wall can be removed and moves easily work like a charm had it for awhile, too big to travel with but I still do. Great product recommend!

I have used this nearly every day for the past 4-5 months for my mouth guard. There is a very noticeable difference; my mouth guard looks nearly new! Tried cleaning an old one and it helped but did not return it to new condition. There have been absolutely no issues with function other than one little LED on the count down clock burned out. I wouldn’t care if they all burned out; it’s not like I stand there and stare at it. At this point I would buy another one if this one stopped working.
