The barrettes are small, about 2 inches across, but work well for me as i have fine hair. There are 2 black and 2 dark brown in the pack. They seem well made. So glad that I was able to get them, as they aren't in stores near me.

These were crap. Waste of money. I bought them for a trip to Costa Rica to be able to pull the sides of my hair back in the hot, humid rainforest environment. Even just putting a little bit of hair in, the barrette snapped in two! Then the others did as well. Wish I could get a refund( but I was out of the country for 3 months and the window of return is now expired. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

    • Finally barrettes that don't slip!
I finally have barrettes that don't slip off. My hair is fine and not as thick as it used to be. The standard 2 1/2 inch barrettes always slipped down. So far these are working great all day without readjusting. I hope they last!
