The barrettes are small, about 2 inches across, but work well for me as i have fine hair. There are 2 black and 2 dark brown in the pack. They seem well made. So glad that I was able to get them, as they aren't in stores near me.

My hair is thin and straight and anytime I put clips in they slide around and drives me crazy! These clips are PERFECT and they stay where you put them and very easy to clip on and off. NON-RETURNABLE! This is only 2 inches long total, smaller than a competing brand that is 2 1/2 inches. I should have measured the barrette I was trying to replace prior to ordering. Don't make my mistake! The product may work fine, but it is too small for my purposes.

Use these barrettes one time—because after that, they probably won’t snap any more. Also, the no-slip feature works, but if they refuse to unsnap (and they do), getting the barrette out involves pulling your hair out. I threw mine away in less than a week. I would have returned them to Amazon, but I’d already thrown out the card they came on. ... show more
