Description

Go Traveling. Go Diving. Go Snorkeling, with the Go Fin: This new barefoot fin design is a boon to water-loving world travelers. Like its name implies, Scubapro's new Go Fin is designed for traveling. Lightweight, comfortable, durable, and a fast and nimble performer, the Go is the ideal fin for divers, snorkelers and swimmers who enjoy globe-trekking. Lightweight: When it comes to premium travel fins, nothing compares to the Go when integrating high quality with light weight. For example, a pair of size M-L Go fins weighs in at a mere 2.6 lbs. (1.2kg), including bungee straps, again, that's for a pair. This translates into convenience and weight savings on the road, and comfort and ease of use in the water. Super Comfortable: The Go's barefoot design combines the fitment benefits of an open heel fin, with the comfort and barefoot freedom of a full foot fin. The replaceable self-adjusting bungee heel strap allows for a versatile fit, one diver can wear multiple sizes. The strap also makes it easy to don and doff the fin, and it fits comfortably against a bare heel, although the Go will also accommodate neo socks for divers who prefer a little extra foot protection. Ultra Durable: While extremely comfortable, the Go is also virtually indestructible. Its strong 100% Monprene construction avoids the problems of de-lamination, broken blades and torn foot pockets that tend to plague average thermoplastic fins. This enables the Go to stand up to long-term, heavy-duty use. High Performance: The Go fin excels in strength, comfort and convenience, but where it really shines is in kicking performance. The Go is built with a 25-degree pre-angled blade with a central power panel that provides longitudinal rigidity and creates a channeling effect. Power bars on the underside of the rails prevent over-flex; this helps maintain the optimum angle of attack under high load conditions. The result: you get a lightweight fin that delivers speed, power, stability and maneuverability with a minimum of effort. Travel Friendly: Being lightweight is always a plus when traveling, but so is compactness. Go fins are designed to fit easily in IATA carry-on compliant luggage. Even better, they pack extremely well due to an innovative piggy back stack system. An interlocking tooth on one fin blade hooks into the second fin, then the bungee strap from the second fin hooks the heel of the first fin into place. It's a snug pairing that makes packing and traveling that much easier. The perfect addition to the Scubapro fin range, the Go dedicated travel fin is lightweight, comfortable and virtually indestructible. It is easy to travel with and really-fun to use. That makes the Go the ideal fin for travelling divers and water lovers the world over. The Go Fins are available in multiple sizes

  • I bought these 2 years ago
Color: White Size: X-Large
I bought these fins to use exclusively for travel to keep my checked luggage light. But i found they were even better than my normal fins. They are much lighter. The propulsion is the same as my much larger fins. My legs do not get as tired and something I didn’t consider is I am much easier to spot in a group when scuba diving. I use the fins for both scuba and snorkeling. I have lost count on how much I have used them over the last 2 years, but I estimate it is well over 50 times. Did not intend for them to replace my larger fins, but that is exactly what happened. Also I don’t use my booties anymore because they will not fit in these fins, I use water socks instead. I recommend using socks because the only time I used these without socks is the only time they ever slipped off. I also love these because they are easy to slip on and off. When getting back on the boat I take them off and climb the ladder with them rather than hand them to the dive master/deck hand. The weight and straps are a huge positive factor here. Putting them on and taking them off when on the beach is so much easier the my other fins as well. Two snaps and I am ready to go. After 2 years and many, many uses, my fins are still in excellent condition and look great. Also, if you take the fins off in the water they do not just sink to the bottom or float to the top. They stay in reach so you don’t accidentally lose them. Check out my other reviews for the socks I use, if you are interested. Pros: Light Great propulsion Good for travel Easy on/off White color to spot underwater Neutrally buoyant Great quality Long lasting Cons -none really In case you can’t tell, I highly recommend! ... show more

  • Nice & Light
Color: Orange;Black Size: X-Large
Great Travel fins. Normally use jets from 90’s and though great, weigh a ton vs these for travel.

  • 👌🏼
Color: Pink Size: Medium-Large
Fit perfect in both a 40L backpack and a standard rolling carry on. A bit positive and give me floatyfeet but I’ve remedied by moving 1lb from my bc to each ankle which I’m fine with. My mares Avanti Quattro+s are too big to carry on so I’m fine with the adjustment! Good for warm water as well as quarry diving, I usually just wear spacefish army dive socks and I’m all good. Good propulsion in calm waters with all kicks. ... show more

  • Love the ankle/heel-bungee!
Color: Blue Size: Medium-Large
Not the most compact fins for travel, and the strap did rub one ankle a bit the 1st time out when I was barefoot. But here’s what I love: your heels aren’t bare - they actually have a layer of protection underneath from the fin, even if you’re otherwise ‘barefoot’; slim booties will work inside these fins if you don’t want to go barefoot; the fins do finning things well (I use them for snorkeling); the fins float! the bungee ankle straps are fantastic when pulling the fins on and off! I would love to get them in a more compact travel version - but I really don’t want to lose out on ankle bungees and floating fins!! ... show more

  • Very Good Travel Fins
Color: Turquoise Size: Medium-Large
Very good for snorkeling and diving. Recommend neoprene socks as the fin material is stiff. With the socks, comfortable all day. Good power and good size for luggage. Easy on-off in the water with the bungee back strap, which is pre-set. Different colors can help in identification when diving and finding them on a dive boat when mixed up with other equipment. ... show more

  • Scuba Pro Disappointed Me
Color: Blue Size: Medium-Large
The suggested size is much too small. Upon return, I’m charged a $20 fee and limited return for something that is the fault of the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and was told that they aren’t responsible for or willing to do anything about products ordered off Amazon. I own a dive business and will use other manufacturers from here on out. ... show more

  • Not for diving
Color: Turquoise Size: X-Small-Small
These fins are lighter than typical diving fins, which makes them really comfortable for travel and snorkeling. I like how easy they are to pack and swim with. Just be aware that this style works better barefoot or without thick dive boots. If you plan to use neoprene socks or boots, it’s probably better to size up because it won't, and the fit can feel tight with socks. Overall, they’re great for snorkeling and casual swimming, especially if you want something lightweight ... show more
