True to size, but the pockets are not made for all things that a health care provider needs to carry. After my first time wearing them both pockets in the pants ripped. This will be the 2nd time sewing them. They are comfortable and stretchy to allow you to move just don't carry much in your pockets

Was true to color shown, it came in a color more aqua than Caribbean. I ordered an XL and it was not tru to size, seemed more like a medium. I returned it. Material was very thin, didn't seem like it would last long
