Does it get hot inside on a summer day? Would this be good in full sun for shade? This pop-up screen tent surrounded by screen so essentially it does not keep heat out. As for sun, it depends on where it is in the day. Around noon you would get full shade , in the evening, it's cooler bug free aspect. Is this Water proof? No,this is a non-waterproof screen tent. What are the folded dimensions? This screen house can fold in the zippered bag that comes with it, about 30 inches in diameter by 7 inches thick. Will the 10x10 fit over a picnic table? I picked up this 12x12 pop up canopy gazebo tent to be used mainly as an eating area to keep insects away while at my boat slip or a temporary dock. This gazebo is incredibly lightweight and easy to carry using the included carrying bag. The carrying bag can also be used as a storage bag to ensure nothing gets lost and to take up less room while it’s stored away when not being used. When stored away, I love how compact this gets because that is important while traveling on a boat where storage space is limited. Structurally, this gazebo is rigid and sturdy enough to survive being left outdoors in normal weather. However, it's very lightweight and I chose to use weights and stakes with ropes to secure it in place in case of unexpected stronger winds. Setup is quick and simple and I’m able to deploy it myself in under 2 minutes out of the storage bag. Inspecting the craftsmanship, all the materials feel decent to withstand years of usage and the stitching was even throughout, no loose threads and looked nice overall. This gazebo is waterproof and does an excellent job of keeping you dry without allowing any water to enter from the top or sides. The 12x12 size provides plenty of room for chairs, couple of coolers, small eating table and 4-6 people to relax comfortably without feeling cramped. The open design allows for great airflow while still providing excellent protection from harsh sunlight. Overall, whether you are spending a few hours by the water or enjoying a full day relaxing with friends in the shade, this gazebo tent creates a cool and inviting shelter. I feel this gazebo can be used year-round for different events and that gives you a lot of value for your money.

Had a last minute cookout and this was a great addition. Took 10mins to put up stakes and all. Of your short make sure you have a step ladder. Threw some rugs and a table in there and about 4 people fit comfortably.
