Review: I bought this 10x10 screen house to protect my senior black lab and cat from fleas, ticks, mosquitoes, and flies during a 10-day camping trip โ€” and it worked beautifully. Setup & Takedown: Other reviewers mentioned difficulty putting it away, but the seller included detailed pictures and a video. I followed the directions and was able to put it up and take it down by myself with no problem. Quality & Construction: The frame feels sturdy, the mesh is fine enough to keep pests out while still letting air flow, and the zippers are smooth and strong โ€” no snagging. Comfort & Use: At home, I set it up for a week beforehand so the pets could get used to it, and they loved it right away. At camp, I used a tarp and rug underneath, and by day three, I even added a twin mattress for my old lab. My cat was surprisingly polite and didnโ€™t bother it. Even with the mattress, there was room for two chairs and a table, so we could relax inside too. Protection & Weather: Our โ€œboysโ€ didnโ€™t get a single hitchhiker or bite. It rained almost every day, but the screen house held up great. While itโ€™s not waterproof (itโ€™s a screen house), it shed enough rain that I could leave items inside without worry. Bonus: We realized our site was under acorn trees โ€” so this quickly became our favorite hangout, not just the petsโ€™. Final Thoughts: This screen house gets a 10 from us. Easy setup, sturdy construction, roomy, bug-proof, and surprisingly versatile. I ๐Ÿ’ฏ recommend it! Updated: March 2, 2026 We live in Mid Michigan, this screen tent has been up since we returned from our camping trip last summer. To help care for our above mentioned animals. I do have to monitor snow gathering on the top (I check it once a day on snow days, use a broom and push it off from the inside, super simple). Let me just say ZERO snow has entered the tent all winter. A foot and a half stacked up outside the walls, nothing inside. There would be zero damage to the tent had it not been hit with flying debris (a metal flower stand with a pokey head) ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿผโ™€๏ธ during our worst storm of the winter. I will purchase a screen repair as itโ€™s just a straight 6โ€ tear. I have also purchased the 12 x 12 with sunshades, for our Summer 2026 adventures in northern Michigan!! Very stable! Held up in 10-15mph winds and with the tarp stands against light rain. Iโ€™ve taken this to the beach, on trips, or camping and itโ€™s very light and easy to pop up. It does however take a couple minutes and a little manpower to take it down but overall not so bad that it ruins the experience at all! I got the 6x6 and it was roomy enough to fit 3 people somewhat comfortably if youโ€™re all sitting in there. No leaks but if itโ€™s kept outside for long periods of time without taking it down or maintaining the seams will give just a little and youโ€™ll have some drops if it rains ... show more

Best purchase I've made for the yard in a long time! We can also take it on camping trips or use for barbecues and parties. Fits all 4 of our fold out yard chairs with plenty of room still available. I was worried the 10x10 would be to big but it's perfect. Would be great to put food tables in and still have room to access them. Having two doors on opposite sides is nice. Could be left open and used just for top shade. Sitting outside not being carried away by mosquitoes is FANTASTIC. I bought the hexagonal 10x10 tent floor/tarp that's compatible with East Oak 10x10 tent. Great option for wet grounds or keeping even more insects away. Laying down blankets to relax or watch a movie etc. Breathable and cool in the shaded parts it creates. Temp kind of depends on the sun position. Nice to have all screen walls for visibility. It's still a good value though. Quality construction. Very easy to put up. Watch the videos etc. for packing up and it's not too bad. The poles help create a high ceiling, you can stand with tons of head space; however if you're feeling really lazy it's tall enough to pop up, stake down if need be and go inside without them. It just lets the roof of it sag down. It will be a little more stable with the poles of course and they stop rain from pooling if left up through inclement weather. (Definitely anchor and stake as well if so). Carry bag isn't too heavy. Comes with bags you can fill for weight to hold it down more. Overall I recommend this purchase. ... show more

Purchased 12 x 12 for my cement pad next to hotter! Takes seconds to pop up!! Very spacious inside 3 chairs, a cement propane fire pit and a 2 seater outdoor couch.plus 2 small end tables. Very comfy!! ** it rained that night and 2 days after non stop rain! It never collapsed Very sturdy fir sure!! I didn't even add the side sand weights. ** BUTTT the inside was wet Not Drenched but definitely wet. No bugs for sure!! And I love it!! I did spray citronella oil on the screens only. I HATE BUGS ๐Ÿ› ๐Ÿ•ท ๐Ÿœ I'm yet to see one inside. I'd give it a 5 if it were waterproof. Definitely worth the money ๐Ÿ’ฐ ... show more
