Don’t make the same mistake I did—I initially thought this was double-sided wall-safe tape meant for mounting things. It’s not. This is a single-sided tape designed to be gentle on walls, and for that purpose, it does a great job. It sticks well to painted walls without causing damage or leaving residue when removed. The initial adhesion is strong, but be aware that once you peel it off, it loses a good bit of its sticking power. If you need to reapply it somewhere else, you’ll likely need a fresh piece. Overall, it’s a good product for light-duty use like hanging paper, posters, or decorations. I just wish there were a double-sided version with the same wall-safe properties! ... show more

I used these to tape fairy lights to wall & windows. I would buy this product again, because as long as I had a wire under a piece of tape, it was simple to remove from my window, too. The hold could have been better on the wall, but I had it up for a month. There was absolutely no damage or residue on my walls.
