  • Great tape, sticky, easy to use.
Size: 1 roll
Holds fabric in place. I've used it between fabrics while layering and it held well, as well as sticking it to my skin and fabric. Both worked great. Of my kids pull on my clothes then sometimes it doesn't hold, but that's to be expected. Easy to remove too.

  • Surprisingly great
Size: 1 roll
I didn’t realize these were pre perforated before getting them so I was wary of how well that would work for my projects but this is Scotch brand so I was pleasantly surprised. The perforations are both durable yet easy to separate; they don’t fall apart just handling it but do tear apart easily so as not to twist or stick where you don’t want them in a struggle. The lengths tend to be perfect for any size I need and insofar, they’ve stuck on exactly the surface I’ve needed them to but pulled away from temporary surfaces I didn’t want them to stay on. (Notably, I’ve taped paper templates to EVA foam; after cutting, I was able to pull the paper away without ripping the templates or tape residue left behind on the foam.) I’m definitely making sure to buy this tape again for future projects. I normally go for what’s on sale, but once you find the best for your project needs, you tend to take note. ... show more

  • Good product, poor instructions.
Size: 1 roll
Useful product, but really poor instructions. What you need to know is that the sticky tape is clear. The beige colored stuff is the liner/protective surface, and it is not only perforated in roughly two-inch segments, but divided along the length to make it easier to separate the sticky stuff from the liner. Work from the middle to peel the stuff off, and fold the tape a bit in the middle. No matter how long the hem or other section of cloth is that one wishes to adhere to another section, it is best to use one or two sections at a time, especially when first learning how to effectively apply the tape. It is also better to use this tape when one is uncertain of exactly where one wishes to make changes. The tape isn't permanent, not intended to be permanent, and will probably turn into a sticky mess in the dryer, so once one has determined the best changes, please switch to a more permanent alternative. If one prefers not to get into sewing, or the use of a hot iron, something like "Badge Magic" works well. Just make sure you use the version intended for "hemming" not the one intended for applying things like scout badges. The former comes in strips, and the other comes in squares, and while both can be used for hemming in theory, it is a lot easier to go with the product made for the specific project one intends to create or modify. BTW, sorry if the review explains what seems to be more or less obvious to many, but some of us are eyesight-impaired or have other issues that lead to wastage while experimenting with new materials. In other words, this reviewer, who no longer sees well enough to sew by hand, is writing based on actual experience with the products mentioned. ... show more

  • Hero of Halloween
Size: 1 roll
This stuff works way better than I expected. I made my son's Halloween costume. He wanted to be a particular Pokemon character for which there are not pre-made costumes. We used an existing hoodie that I didn't want to ruin as the base. I used this removable double sided fabric tape to stick the following things to the sweatshirt: large felt shapes, 18" craft foam wings, cones made out of posterboard. It was easy to apply and to peel off the backing. It stuck well all throughout Trick-or-treating. There was no drooping or peeling. When we got home, I peeled them all off easily. There was no residue. I don't normally write reviews, so believe me when I say: this stuff does exactly what it claims to do, and I was impressed. ... show more

  • Works even on Very Heavy Denim Jeans (22.5 oz fabric)
Size: 1 roll
I wanted a casual cuff (i.e. not sewn look) that wouldn't ride up from contact with my shoes. I put one strip at the front and one at the back to hold really heavy denim in place and it works flawlessly. It'll be interesting to see if the tape stays in place through a wash (and air dry), but I have not tried that experiment yet. ... show more

  • Not effective on heavy fabrics
Size: 1 roll
I got this to hem my son’s graduation gown so that we could return it to the rental company afterwards without damaging the fabric. It was made of a mid-weight synthetic twill. The tape wouldn’t stick well enough to support the hem. I think this would work better for lighter, silkier fabrics.

  • Very strong. Great for fabric tape but do not use it as fashion tape.
Size: 1 roll
It tore my skin when I tried to use it as fashion tape :-(. Don’t make my mistake. Very strong and perfect to hold a hem together though

  • My holy grail for outfits during the summer
Size: 1 roll
Now I initially bought this for a mini craft project but I used a majority of it for my summer outfits. So I live in a desert where we're hitting +100 F degree weather. So I don't know about my ladies out there but I hate wearing bras during the summer. Especially with outfits that look better without bra straps. Yes I know strapless bras exist but still. With this fabric tape, I'm able to use those loose bra pads you'd find loose in a sports bra or swimsuits. I just get one section of tape and put it on top of the bra pad that would connect with my fabric. It's adhesion is very strong to the fabric but it can still be pulled off without damaging either the fabric or the pad. Then for my strap less tops/dresses I use this tape to also stick the top to my skin (I know it's probably not recommended, but my skin had no negative reaction to the tape). Then the top never falls down the whole day. So instead of doing that awkward shimmy to lift your top back up every few hours, I was able to forget about it all day. And you bet I had moments where I was sweating a good amount but it never once slipped. Not to mention if I had a dress that I've worn a bit that it's a little loose in some places I just pull the fabric down and use a piece of tape to keep it in place. It's precut and one side has a plastic cover. Which makes it easy to handle after you get used to it. I've had it for...1-2 months now and I'm just about to run out. So I'm going to reorder! ... show more
