Great Laminator, I have use this for months at work ive laminated close to 3000 thousand sheets and its still going strong heats quickly never has jammed I recommend trying it great value for your money easy to use it even has a guide tray to align page onto

    • Decent, but doesn't get hot enough for good lamination.

I wanted to buy a portable laminator because the one in the teacher work room is always in use, out of order, or hasn't been turned on and takes forever to warm up, but this didn't do the trick. The Scotch Brand PRO Thermal Laminator does not get hot enough to make a strong adhesion with the laminate, even after waiting a while after it says it's ready. Any laminated cards or pieces that I make begin peeling soon after students begin using them. Some of my display pieces also have started peeling, though these took a bit longer to happen. I'm using Scotch-brand laminating sheets, so it isn't (or shouldn't) be a problem. If you're only planning on using your laminated pieces for hands-off display, I suppose it's fine, but if you're expecting anyone to actually manipulate or handle the pieces, I'd look elsewhere. ... show more
