Spare tire crank works great with my 2000 Tacoma 4x4. Lug wrench fits the lug nuts, but the angle of the head is too sharp to work around my fat tires (see picture) I lost the middle extension part of my Tacoma crank, but I can still use the crank handle, thanks to the thumb-screw on the crank. Also works with a 3/8" square socket or even an 11 mm 6-point socket, since it doesn't require much torque to crank the tire up or down. Worked like a charm for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma and would purchase again. Not shown to work with my truck to crank down the spare tire located under the rear bed. Not sure if the lug nut wrench fits the lug nuts but bought for tool to lower the spare tire not the lug nut wrench.
