For looks it's alright. A little less durable than original. No new hardware to install so had to buy hardware separately. Couple of plastic tabs were broken off the back that keep the non slip plastic on.

Fits good and is solid, just need to buy own hardware which was unexpected. I bought 8 3/4 X 1 1/2 inch bolts and nuts.
