I do like these heels, however, I certainly didn't think for the price that I was paying that I would be shoes that were obviously worn previously. Take this into consideration before purchasing. The bottoms of the shoes clearly have wear and there are some very minor SCUFF cuts on the "leather" parts on the heel. The heel also doesn't feel very stable on the right shoe. TBH, I'm going to return them and it's a shame because they're cute and exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a half size up, 7.5, and my heel is just off the back. If you like spending a LOT of money for pre-owned slightly marred shoes, I would probably advise to order 1.5 size up from normal size. If you're not up for a financial misadventure, just stay away from this purchase. ... show more

The Schiltz website recommends ordering a half-size up for this particular shoe so that’s what I did and the shoes fit perfectly. Other reviewers mentioned order a full size up but ordering up a 1/2 size worked for me. I’m normally a 9.5 in heels and ordered a 10. The straps are comfortable and do not rub or hurt my pinky toe like other clear heels I’ve tried in from other brands. I normally wouldn’t pay as much as $125 for heels but I’ve tried on Schutz heels in store before and thought they were good quality so I didn’t hesitate to order online. If you want to order the Schiltz ‘Arielle’ just order a 1/2 size up and you should be fine. Also, I would recommend these only for women comfortable wearing stilettos, with good balance, sturdy ankles, no knee or back problems because since these shoes don’t have supportive ankle straps you do have to concentrate just a tad bit more on balance and walking 😂 ... show more
