abunda_amazon_reviews I just used this brush with the CRC's battery cleaner and it made my battery terminals looks clean again. The brush itself feels more solid than i expected based on the Amazon single product photo. I definitely recommend buying it considering the low pricing.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Brushy Brushy;;Jonathan R;;;My old Schumacher battery terminal brush had stood up to years of use on various cars, trucks, and off-road vehicles -- and then it mysteriously disappeared ( I lost it.) This new one should do as well as the old one, which means it'll do an excellent job !! TIP : When you get your new battery terminal brush, spray the male and female brushes liberally with WD-40 -- it keeps corrosion from eating up your brushes.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;A MUST For Top-Post Batteries !!;;Rust Never Sleeps;;;One of those things that people always forget about. The case is garbage. But if you keep it in a clean dry place and use it every time you change your oil ( just a way to remember) it’ll be fine and should last forever. It’s $4 bucks. Get one. Use it. These j-bolts are really long, which is exactly what I needed. I have tried two others in the past that were not nearly long enough. The only problem I had when installing the bolt was the wingnut was too wide to spin when near the metal piece at the top of my battery to hold it into place. I was able to cut down the wingnut to work for my truck, but that wasn't too big a deal, and having the long j-bolt was fantastic. I'll be completely honest here, when I purchased this I was slightly swayed by the description that somehow seemed to suggest these battery cleaners where a cut above the "standard" you might buy elsewhere. They are not. They are the same as any other cheap battery terminal cleaner I've ever owned. The inside diameter brush bristles are not "robust" so one twist on the internal terminals isn't hardly enough to clean them. You really need to scrub the good. I've had other cleaners in the past that had many more bristles that did a much better job of cleaning the inside. Just saying. The outside diameter terminal cleaner was efficient and worked for me. All in all this is an ordinary product that did the job but did not impress. It's safe to shop price with this particular item. The wire bristles are way too soft and squeeze on the female brush and crush on the male. I started by cleaning the positive top post, when I got to the smaller diameter negative post it didn't touch the metal post. I used the male brush on the negative cable T-bolt GM uses to secure the cable terminal to the post and upon pulling it back out I had a brush the size of a pencil. I've had, and still have, two of these tools for years now and they are tough. This particular item is literally a single use tool, based on my experience anyway. Just saying...;;Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2020;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;One and done;;Larry's;;;Needed to clean up both my wife's and my own car batteries. This tool is perfect. Once I cleaned the battery off with some baking soda and water mixture, I went at the terminals with this tool and it worked very well. My wife's hadn't been cleaned in a long time and this made them look like new again. I would suggest a combination of twisting it back and forth and going up and down with it to get an even cleaning over the entire terminal. Very glad I purchased this!;;Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Handy tool to clean the terminals;;Kellen Wilson
