This review is for the ScentSationals water-based reed diffuser in scent 'Coastal Breeze'. This product comes in a glass bottle and holds 5fl oz. The glass is clear but in certain lights seems to have a slight blue gray tint to it, and there is an attractive gold ring around the neck. When the item first arrives, there is a tight, leak-proof plastic stopper that must be removed. This proved to not be the easiest of tasks, but I eventually was able to work it out using a butter knife. I do appreciate the tight seal, but it would be nice if they could add a pull tab to aid in removing the stopper. Once the stopper is removed, you can then add the reeds. There are 8 in the package which I added all at once. I set this in my office, and within moments a lovely fragrance started filling the air. Everyone who enters comments on how nice the space smells. I've been enjoying this for several days now, and I literally cannot get enough of this particular fragrance. The "Coastal Breeze" scent is light and airy, but also carries a powerful punch of fragrance without being overpowering. It's a wonderful marine scent that most should find appealing. I've had the bottle open and fully in use for 3 days now, and the attached photo shows the amount of fragrance that has been used in that time. I would expect this to last about 30 days. For the price, the classy presentation, and the fragrance payoff, I think this is an excellent product and value. I plan to pick up a few more to place around my home.

The media could not be loaded. I have been trying to make my space feel a bit more calm and inviting lately, especially after long days. I did not want anything too strong or artificial, just something that would make the room feel fresh without being overwhelming. This diffuser ended up being exactly that kind of change. This wonderful scent is described as a coastal breeze, and that actually fits really well. It has that clean, slightly airy feeling, like fresh air coming in from outside, with a soft warmth in the background. What I like most is how it fills the room without feeling heavy. Some diffusers can be too much, especially in smaller spaces, but this one spreads evenly. After setting it up, I could already smell it within a short time, and it made the whole area feel different. The fact that it is water based caught my attention too. It feels lighter compared to others I have tried, and I like that it is just water and fragrance. It gives a cleaner impression. Another thing I appreciate is that the reeds do not need to be flipped. That makes it easier to just set it and leave it. I do not have to keep checking on it or adjusting anything. The bottle itself is also really nice. It has a soft blue tone that blends well with my space, and it looks more like decor than just something functional. I ended up placing it where it is visible because it actually adds to the room. Over time, the scent has stayed consistent. It does not disappear quickly, and it still feels present without becoming too strong. Two small things I would mention are that the scent might be a bit light for very large spaces, and I wish there was a way to control the intensity more depending on the room size. Even with that, I really love having it. It changed how the space feels in a simple way, exactly what I was hoping for.

This is a beautiful diffuser that looks elegant and modern. It comes nicely boxed and would also make a lovely gift. It’s priced right, and I really enjoyed this clean beachy-like scent. It was not overpowering, just a fresh, clean, “at the beach” scent. But I did find that the scent wasn’t as concentrated as I would have liked. I had it in a small entryway and the scent didn’t fill that area. This is my reason for only 4 stars. If you are looking for a more subtle scent this may be for you.
