Bought this jacket along with the matching pants for a hunt in Wyoming, during the hunt I did not get cold nore did I over heat during my walk in's to the hunting spots. This jacket cut the wind and kept me very comfortable. I did have two layers under my jacket that was all I needed. The jacke is quite, soft and the size is true, I am 6'1" 200 lbs extra large and it fit was just right. The pants are the same. They are made very well, off and on a horse during the hunt and they did not restrict my movements anytime during the hunt. My husband bought this last year before going to Wyoming. It was great quality for the type of landscaping he was hunting + the size was spot on. The quality was well worth the money! He wears it both for hunting and sometimes our for dinner! It’s definitely versatile!

The Scent Blocker Shield Series Silentec Midweight Jacket is outstanding! It’s warm, lightweight, and incredibly quiet, perfect for hunting in cooler weather. The fit is excellent, allowing easy movement, and the scent-blocking technology truly works. The pockets are well-placed and functional. A must-have for any serious hunter looking to stay comfortable. I layered it with a merino QZ and a wool vest in 25-35 degree sits in the stand, it was fine. Definitely a midweight jacket, but midweight in the South is way different than Midweight in the North as far as what temps you can tolerate. It's dead silent, too... a huge plus. ... show more
