Was able to hide 3 times, once standing, without being spotted until 10 meters while being actively searched for, really good suit, strands pick up debri like crazy, good sometimes, bad with sticks and sticker bushes with needles and stuff, I did not use the gun camo yet but it does appear to be very nice Pros: You can flip inside out WITH the debris you picked up and store it mess free in its carry bag Comes in 2 pieces, has a pull tab for the hood on each side and the pants have one too Squishes down to a decent backpack sized bag that has the same camo as the rest of the suit Compatible with helmets and possibly a rig if you really wanted to, could easily fit body armor under Super lightweight, thought itd be heavier, it was so light i barely could tell where my strands were falling to determine how i was concealed Not sweaty at all, thought id be dying in the heat in NJ spring but it was pretty good CONS: The bag has a little carry strap to wear like a backpack, mine broke instantly, no big deal, but unfortunate The arms have huge bald spots for “breathability” but if you wear short sleeves you can see skin through it Does not cover hands or feet, wear green gloves and boots I was wearing a boonie hat with a bug net under the hood, the hood kind of pulled the hat down into my face when prone, a bit hard to see, probably user error and i just needed to readjust, but either way larger hats seem to not work The green they chose does not match most natural foliage, atleast in NJ, it is much less vibrant and dark than NJ grass, our grass here is very bright green, perhaps its for darker at night, but they dont seem to sell any strands that match, which is unfortunate If you walk through water you will have the worst day of your life, thats for sure Thats all, i like the suit, a scent trained dog will find you in 2 seconds, a human will not, didnt test under IR or FLIR but i will and update the review accordingly ... show more

The picture they show is not what it came as its got coverage but skimpy I've been using a ghillie suit to hunt for a few years now and this was a backup however it had loose threads and you can see the patch work of thread you can fluff it up but its nothing like the picture however it would work good if you were in brushy area or good background coverage its comfortable and light weight ... show more

Is it the love child of the Swamp Thing and Oscar the grouch from Sesame Street? Is it Papau New Guinea's Next Top Model? Is it Sasquatch after he raided your Grandma's green yarn collection? No, it's you in your new Ghost Ghillie Suit from Arcturus Camo. This is a suit guaranteed to turn heads, even though those heads won't be able to see you once you lie down in the grass. I got this suit for my office Halloween party; but I didn't realize that it was going to be the perfect outfit for the office Thanksgiving party and the office Christmas party as well. This suit is amazing. I do think it fits a bit on the large size. I got XL and I'm 6 feet tall and about 190 pounds; I probably could have gone with the smaller suit. However, the suit is basically just a thin mesh with 3mm holes with a bunch of string sewn on, and once the temperature drops it's not going to be very warm on its own. This suit is stretchy and roomy enough that you can and should wear it over your cargo pants and a jacket, sweatshirt, or sweater. The size you get depends on if you want to wear a bunch of clothes under it, as I intend to do, or to just wear it with a t-shirt. If you are in the latter camp, err on the side of getting a smaller one. The best information in all these reviews came from the guy who suggested hanging up the suit and gently pulling the yarn apart. The suit comes packed tight with the string bunched up together sort of like yarn dreadlocks, but as you hang it up and gently fluff up the string with your fingers, the camo really comes to live and puffs out all over the whole suit, covering all the holes. PROS: -packaged nicely and comes with a nice flexible mesh bag -camo pattern itself is superb- invisibility in tall or short grass, forest, or mossy areas is achievable -easy to put on- the pants just pull on over your pants like large sweatpants, the top pulls on like an open sweatshirt and buttons closed -good coverage- sleeves have camo string long enough to completely cover the hands, and the hood has enough material to easily cover the entire face if desired; also comes with a rifle cover which is a bit awkward but could easily cover a rifle or other accessory CONS: -string sewn on is inconsistent; some bundles are sewn on very firmly, others have a few loose threads allowing clumps of string to come off -base material is a flexible mesh of modest strength- not a ton of support and is likely to tear with repeated use -suit becomes very large and voluminous when fluffed out- good luck getting it back into the bag it came with -I wish it had a pocket or two- you'll have to reach inside your suit to get to your phone or wallet -OVERALL: GOOD quality suit for the money and it looks great. Just be prepared to wear some clothes under it and to lose a few clumps of string. ... show more

Im 5'6, 170, stocky. Its a little long in the legs and in the torso but makes for good coverage. Once feathered out, it covers great. Breathes well, flexibility is good. Very happy I chose this over others.
