These gloves work well. They heat up quickly and last most of the day. They are very comfortable on the inside. They are very solid, not great if you need some dexterity. I purchased because cold flares up pain in my disabled hand. Works perfectly for my needs since I do not need to use the hand.

Bought in the summer for the winter, the right glove stays on for about 5 seconds then automatically shuts off. Batteries are fully charged. $140 dollars wasted!! There is no customer service number just a email.

They look impressive and high quality, but suffer from a very obvious design flaw. They don't work. The USB charging system powers NO HEAT. Indoors or out. ZERO.
