I requested a replacement…no big deal right…? Very wrong. The replacement came with no problems, but it came the same way the first time I ordered it. Needless to say I will not be ordering this item ever again. This deserves a zero stars. One star is a compliment.

I branched out and tried others, and ended up coming right back to this. The top coat is THE shiniest I've used out of any brand. The gel is easy to apply, just thick enough, and dries nice and hard.

The product itself is great. Works as expected, minimal smell, the pink and nude pink are beautiful, the clear is CLEAR. I love everything about it, but one of my jars was damaged. It looks like it happened during production. The jar was shrink wrapped in clear plastic, but the safety foil was damaged and the jar nearly empty. Otherwise, this package was everything I wanted.     • Takes forever to cure fully
I’ve attempted to use this product twice to fill in with the nude pink. The first time it felt super gummy like it was a soak off builder gel instead of a non soak off hard gel. The second time I attempted to use it as an extension as I shortened one of my nails too short, it took almost four minutes to fully cure to be hard enough to work with. I can’t imagine having your hand under the light for that long for each nail! It was super easy to almost file too much off, and didn’t adhere well to the previous product at times it would flake off if too thin. The only plus I would say is that it doesn’t get too hot while curing, but that has to also be the reason it doesn’t work well. I used my IBD hard gel after I gave up on this due to four nails lifting after a week and a half. The IBD gel burns a lot more, but cures fully in a minute and doesn’t have a gummy texture after cleaning the inhibition layer. ... show more

The quality of this product is amazing! Compared to other products I've used, this one lasts. I would experience lifting(even though I've applied them well and correctly) within a week of application. However, with this product, I am entering the 3rd week of application and it hasn't shown any signs of lifting of deterioration. And it does protect your nails from trauma!     • Crap product do not buy!
No matter what I do this gel just pops off. I've watched tutorials, I've done a full set multiple times. I dehydrate, I use a bonding solution, I've done thin layers, thick layers, on tips, with nail forms, I used the base coat. what more I can do? They pop off like the press on nails. This is my first time using structured gel and this brand of product. This is the nude pink which is very pretty. I used everything in the box. The packaging was nice and secure. It was large than i expected. These products will last a while. I have no complaints. It takes some time getting use to it, but overall great. i will get better with practice. I'm pretty pleased. Gotta be quick when u put the gel on ur nail to form, but final results are awesome!! The only think is the colors. Both the nude pink and pink look like the same color just a slight difference but not a noticeable difference. They are both kinda more like a milky color!! But i love the quality of it. Will buy again and recommend to others!! Just if u want pink u may want to try a different color. I really wanted pink. But it’s ok bc the product is great!! ... show more
