When I put my full set on, I had no issues. Then, the hand that I did that last started lifting. I keep in mind one hand did great no lifting and lasted two weeks . I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it was me. When I started to replacing the nails, the light would not come on. I reached out to customer service, they didn’t address the fact that the light was out, but accused me of not putting the nails on correctly and prepping. I then had to email them again reminding them that the light wasn’t working. They informed me that the light was not in stock and so they wanted to take 15% off the purchase price. I responded that I felt they should give me 50% because the products useless without the light and for the frustration of having to deal with this. Would you want to walk around with one hand completely finished and the other hand not finished? Personally, with all the hassle that I’ve had to go through a real customer service would’ve just given me the product refund. I’m not looking for anything free, but this has been a hassle to deal with. I had to go ahead and order another light because I couldn’t let my hand go and finished until they got this resolved. They still say they want to give me 15%. If I were you, I would go with another company. Yes the product is good however, customer service is terrible. The last thing you want to have to deal with is poor customer service when you have one finished hand and one hand that is not. I suggest that you go ahead and get a good quality light if you’re going to do your nails at home regardless of the product that you buy. You don’t want to be in the middle of a set and not have a light to work with. They are plenty of nail kits on Amazon. Go with one that has good customer service that’s worth it’s weight in gold.

Absolutely awful watch my video on how this item came to me, not even the same brush it’s not even an acrylic brush! Super upset I just want my money back I would never buy another one nor do I want a replacement just my money so I can buy a real acrylic kit that’s not opened or used. LOOK HOW THE BRUSH CAME TO ME IT WAS SO STIFF IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAD BEEN CUT IT HAD ACRYLIC PEICES STUCK ON IT

Kit is effective, but after doing my nails using this kit they didn't feel sturdy, even after curing for 5+ minutes, and then 15+ minutes in addition, they pop off very easy. That's after dehydrating my nails, filing and shaping my nail, and then applying the nail glue, and base shapes. I've tried to use the nail glue, which is a 4-in-1 nail glue by the way, and they've fallen off in less than a day each time, even while being careful. The longest they lasted was 2 days, and by the morning of the second day three of my nails had chipped or begun to peel off. A lovely kit to get started with, but I would look elsewhere for nail glue.

This monomer is the worst monomer I will ever use my entire life. It smells so horribly bad and it works so bad as well. You can’t even pick up a bead without it drying before you place it down and if you do as soon as you put down your beard it will dry. I’m not saying that fast monomers shouldn’t be used, but I’m saying that this one is too fast and not OK to work with to use it and that could still not work because it dried so quickly I recommend buying Kiara sky over this because I tried Kiara sky right after this literally a dream and smooth as butter. Do not try this monomer.

Not sure if I just got a bad batch but the acrylic either doesn’t shape and level like it’s supposed to, or you have to use a ton of the liquid which then risks the acrylic running onto skin and out of shape. Also, the brush sheds hairs terribly into the product and they didn’t include brush saver so product sticks to the brush and it’s basically a one time use. The liquid to powder ratio is severely mismatched, and the nails are impossible to remove. Drilling to the point of ruining the nail bed or soaking in acetone, which makes them gummy and equally hard to remove. Would not recommend at all. I’ve used other acrylic kits and had way better results.

It says it’s for beginners but the product dries incredibly fast like within less than a minute so it’s hard to shape it and I ended up with a blob. The pink color I thought would be like a nude but it’s literally almost white when it dries. The white one is clear.

A scam of a product!!! Beware!!! The white and the clear acrylic are straight garbage. Look at them ugly nails. All the prep for nothing. The acrylic dries within 3 seconds of applying to nail. The brushes are bad too.

Where do I even start. This product is absolutely garbage. I think it might be MMA. It does not stick on your nail and when you do get it on and try to get it off it’s gummy. Don’t even try to reach out to the seller the seller is unprofessional and will not even attempt to resolve your problem. Really don’t understand how this has 5 stars. It should have negative 5.
