I was very hesitant to purchase these brushes. I do not believe they are truly Kolinsky brushes because of their pricing, but nonetheless, they can serve a purpose if you are on a tight budget. The secret to brushes of these quality is this....do NOT submerge them in ANYTHING to clean them except MONOMER! I broke the resin seal by using a paper towel to prevent any oil transfer from my fingers. Next, I used a dry clean manicure brush to brush out the bristles and further break up the resin coating. Next, I submerged the brushes in monomer for a few minutes, then squeezed out the excess liquid with a paper towel, performing this step several times. I have bought similar brushes to these in the past and believe me, I found ANY submersion in acetone OR brush cleaners results in destroyed (bushy) bristles. This time I cleaned my brushes by soaking in monomer and guess what...they're beautiful, guys...ZERO damage! Hope this helps!!

I bought this Saviland Kolinsky brush set hoping for great quality, but honestly, they didn’t meet my expectations. The sizes are fine and the packaging is nice, but the bristles don’t hold their shape well—especially the size 14. After just a few uses, they started spreading and made it hard to get clean acrylic application. They’re not terrible, but definitely not professional-grade. If you're a beginner, they might work, but for regular or advanced use, I wouldn't really recommend them.
