Supertasters are going to be blissing out. And desirous of 3 different kinds of baklava. Savannah Bee? Is ALWAYS a company to come back to. Full stop. Balkan Acacia has a few extra fire notes, and will always be m favourite; rather than floral notes; but Hungarian acacia is still DIVINE. Acadia honey, regardless of provenance… SINGS. Clear sweet sopranos, impossibly pure, or with fires vivacious depth, depending on region… it’s a food of the gods SUBTLE and encompassing delight. If you don’t go for subtle? STILL go for Savannah Bee. Simply explore their oher more bold honeys. Tremendous Company. That I have zip, zero, nada affiliation with. I’ve simply come to trust their end product. Always above & beyond.
