Date of Purchase: January 21st 2023 I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with the SAVADECK surfboard that I purchased from the Amazon store. Where do I even begin? Firstly, the product arrived without an installation manual, which made it incredibly difficult for me to understand how everything was supposed to be set up. I attempted to reach out to SAVADECK via email, but unfortunately, I received no response from them. After spending a significant amount of time searching for instructional videos on YouTube, I was finally able to take the surfboard out into the water. However, to my dismay, the board never turned on. I have patiently waited for a response from SAVADECK, sending multiple emails, but they have simply chosen not to reply. It is important to note that this surfboard was not a cheap purchase, as it was intended to be a functional and enjoyable investment. Instead, it has become an expensive decorative item that serves no purpose whatsoever. I strongly urge you not to make the same mistake I did by purchasing this product and wasting $5000 on an item that NEVER WORKED. I am truly disappointed by the lack of customer support and the non-functionality of the surfboard. I expected better from a reputable brand like SAVADECK.
