So, I was excited for this, and so disappointed once it arrived. I thought with 11 speeds it would be more powerful, but on high it's not even as strong as my old one is that's falling apart. It is also awkward to hold and actually hurts places I don't like to hurt. Now I'm out all this money with nothing to show for it. Title says it all- it's just weird. The petals are uncomfortable and a nightmare to keep clean If you use the product laying on your back it's probably not as bad but if there's any kind of counter pressure (using on your stomach, baring down when you hold it) it can sort of stick to you and feel almost bruising. Not much to do about the petals, though - wipe it down after you use it IMMEDIATELY Edit: company reached out to me and offered to refund or exchange the product - turns out they're warrantied if you don't like them! Bought for my wife. It's serviceable. Wish I could use it with Satisfyer App. It can be a bit loud with the air pulse cover. Sort of expensive to be a bit mid. Would worth it if compatible with App.
