Beautiful piece and great quality! It’s much thicker than I expected. I am so happy! It’s easy to put on and the clear stretchy band and clips work great.😊 i always had long thick hair but it started thinning when i turned 70 years old. Silly I know, but it really affected how I felt about myself and I would really get down sometimes😞. This hair piece really improved my well being and I just felt like me again. I highly recommend it for any age just for fun or to feel like you did in the past. It’s well worth the money. Love love love it🥰. On another note I would’ve liked to have a link for more information about taking care of the piece and detailed instructions on putting it on, washing it, and dying it to match your hair (if needed in the future). 3 MONTH UPDATE: I debated lowering it to 3 stars (vs 4 stars) because the hair quality I still think is good. But yup, still very hard to stay on. No way the string was going to work. I sewed on the 3 tiny clips (not enough) and it keeps popping off or sliding down my hair, it feels like I have to keep fiddling with it or sneaking off to the bathroom to re-adjust the clips every 30 to 45 minutes. And yes, I've tried all different ways, places, backcombed my hair, added hairspray to make my hair sticky, etc. The weight of this hair is just a lot for anyone with thinner hair. I would definitely not buy this if you have very thin or silky straight hair, instead go for INDIVIDUAL clip in hair pieces - not a huge heavy piece like this. Also, after being on vacation in Mexico where I wore them 4 times they seemed a bit dirty, so I gave the hair a wash & condition (with salon quality shampoo products) and now the hair at the bottom is SUPER fuzzy!! When I first bought them it was silky at the tips and felt amazing to the touch, now its a fuzzy mess. :( So now when I put them on, it makes them look fake compared to my thin silky hair. So now if I want to use these I'm thinking I need to buy a straightening iron?? I don't know. I need to contact the company and see -- too late to return. Overall I would not buy these again, I'm going to buy individual clip ins (and spend a ton more money sadly). ---- Just received this hair and I have been working with it for 30 mins trying to get it on right. First, I love the hair - VERY silky soft, looks fantastic, near perfect color match to my hair. Its incredibly heavy and thick too - even more so that I thought it would be. It really is great quality. The issue: I have used clip-in extensions for years (and I used to have glue-in too from a salon). I thought I would try these halo kind with the string because my other hair extension set with clips get itchy after a few hours. I only gave this hair 4 stars because I have NO idea how people would actually walk around all day and not have it fall off. After 30 mins of trying, re-trying, and doing all sorts of hair gymnastics, I cannot get this hair to stay on right. I tried tightening, wearing it higher up, lower up, more hair over, less hair over... and it just can't sit right. I have super straight very fine hair, so maybe the wire just won't "grab" my hair enough to stay put? The weight of the extension hair makes it slip off if I move my head around at all, so I would never be able to wear it in public (let along a night out, or in a pool, or anything where I'm not just sitting straight without moving). I am going to sew in the clips, which you have to do yourself (there was only 3 of them).... hoping that helps enough that I can wear these. If not I may return it and buy clip ins again (I would buy from the same company as the hair does look great, just clip in kind).

So when I got it, it looked a little flat and like thin-ish . I tried it on and I was about to be disappointed. But with the simple right prep (conditioning, blow drying, and air wrapping), it looked more natural. I got the #2, my natural brunette brown hair fits with the color well and it feels so unreal, it’s been a very long time since I have ever had my hair this long before. Very happy with these! Expected to buy more in the future, definitely worth the money! One thing though, just like your natural hair, the extensions also shed, so make sure not to pull too much on the hair when brushing, use a wet de-tangle brush.

The hair is smooth and the color is nice. This brand offers the thickest hair I’ve found on Amazon. The 22” hair is 130g. I just cut it a little when I feel like it. It will last a long time if you don’t sleep in it and use a lot of conditioner when washing and use leave in conditioner as well. It will keep it smooth. You should also use a heat protector spray when straightening or curling it. My hair is very fine and thin so I have to add a few extra clip ins to supplement and make it look like layers. I get constant compliments on my hair. When I tell people they’re extensions, they can’t believe it. Curling helps a lot with blending if you have short hair. I purchased 16” clip ins and added a couple to the sides to make it layered. Works perfectly. If the wire keeps moving back on your head, it’s because you’re not putting it close enough to the front of your head. It should only be about an inch or so from your hair line. You also need to make sure you’re laying the wire exactly where you parted your hair. I make a part in front and a separate part in back and mine doesn’t move. I curl it all the time too. There’s nothing wrong with using the clips for extra security as long as you’re not digging them into your scalp. Just use some volumizing and texturing powder and give it a little “scratch” with your fingertips and the clips can grab on without you teasing your roots like crazy. Also, to those saying this isn’t real hair, you’re wrong. If it was synthetic or acrylic, it wouldn’t hold a curl. It would go straight when you try to curl it, but it doesn’t do that at all. It may not be the highest quality real hair but it’s real hair. The price also isn’t too bad, considering the prices on those big name brands. I looked for a volumizing weft on a big brand site and it was $90 for a one-piece 55g clip in. That’s much thinner than this. Anyways, I’ve been wearing all kinds of extensions for years and these are actually pretty good! When you tighten the string, it feels like it might break but it won’t. Just hold it as close to the metal piece as possible and pull slow and steady. If you’re going to use a halo, you just have to know how to use it correctly. You can always YouTube instructions on how to do things with it, whether it’s putting it on or replacing the wire, etc.
