The absolute best sink we have ever owned. We had a really good install so no issues with drainage or drying. The sink is holding up beautifully. There are no rust or sink spots. Can’t praise this company enough wish the cutting board came seasoned, but that was very minor. I still give it five stars.     • Great looking sink, functionally terrible.
I wanted to love this sink, it had everything I wanted and it looked great. I got it installed and immediately ran into an issue. You cannot control the hot water pressure independently!!!! You can either have the hot water on full blast or it has to be mixed with cold water. Let me say again, you cannot control the hot water pressure; in either the waterfall or the faucet. That's basically a deal breaker for me as the only way to fix it is to replace the faucet, but that would get rid of the waterfall feature which is the whole reason I wanted the sink. As far as I can tell this is the same on all the sinks with the same knob style faucet. Basically if you want just hot water, it needs to be on full blast, scalding hot, out of either faucet. I don't understand the design at all. When I reached out to customer service they offered a 50 dollar credit for a new faucet which doesn't do me much good but at least they responded and offered something, whatever that's worth. ... show more

    • No low flow hot water
We've been using this sink for several months now. We love the cup washer and the stainless construction. It looks great except for the faucet placement which we think should be centered instead of to the side. The cutting board, rack, waterfall, etc work as advertised and are great features. Our main complaint is that you can't turn on a trickle of hot water. The faucet water flow control allows for a trickle of cold, but you only get full pressure hot water which is not ideal in may cases and causes a lot of splashing. I wouldn't buy this again just because of this. In fact, I'll probably replace the faucet soon. As mentioned above the faucet is also off center which isn't a deal breaker for us. The faucet is very thin walled tubing and has a cheap feel to it. The sink itself has been great but does bend with temperature and pop. Overall, I'd recommend finding a sink that allows low flow of hot water. ... show more

First I’ll say that I love the sink. I love the durability and strength of the sink and the overall aesthetic of it. However, after 6 months it is rusting at the faucet. I’m not sure why, but I can’t get it to stop. The only other thing I don’t like about it is the dial to turn the water on. If your hands are dirty or covered in food, you’re getting it all over the dial. Also, there is no way to slowly run warm water, as it is at full pressure there. Otherwise, you can only run cold or hot at a lower pressure or trickle. Overall though, it’s a very sturdy sink, except for the rust issue. ... show more
