It took us a minute to figure out how to get it together but we got it together and it works great and it keeps the VR in place while playing plus it's comfortable. Recently switched it out for a battery pack one so he can have longer battery and it's not as comfortable as this one was.

It's a pain to install but it's worth it. Stays firm on my head even when there's a lot of movement. The adjustment dial is easy to use and it stays right where you put it. It never came loose or slid away from where I set it. That can be a blessing and a curse since it's hard to "break it in", resulting in mild headaches if you have it too tightly on. ESPECIALLY during long play sessions. But once you figure out the right setting, you get near-perfect clarity. Totally an upgrade from the flimsy headband the Quest came with.
