Wore this for a character in a stage show. I was probably a little too obsessed with it at first & started wearing it during the rehearsal process. Everyone commented how real it looked and how soft the hair was. It did tangle pretty quickly & I didn't realize there was a whole wig care process, so I would just brush it and move on. Needless to say, it tangled and shed a ton, and now it's going bald and looks pretty ratty during the run of the show... I'm having to get a new one, but a different brand, since this one wouldn't get here in time. I hope the second one is just as good! All told, I got probably 20-30 wears out of it, and I definitely didn't take care of it very well. I imagine it would last MUCH longer with the proper care. ... show more

I am extremely impressed with this wig. I bought it maybe a month or two ago, and I wanted to see how it would fare after daily use. Straight out of the box, this wig is gorgeous. It comes wavy, although I did straighten it. The heat resistance is labeled at 350°F, but I used my ceramic flat iron on 400°F with no issue. The color is exactly how you'd expect rose gold to look, but it is definitely more blonde than pink. I actually prefer this. Let's talk about the hairline...I've never seen an Amazon wig with such a perfect hairline. All I had to do was trim the lace a little, I didn't pluck any of it. If you want a quality wig for an affordable price, this is it. The lace cap itself is perfect, not too tight and no bulky straps around the perimeter. It also has combs to secure the unit on your head. I would definitely recommend this, I love it! It will of course wear out with use and time, but if you keep it lubricated and taken care of, it will last you the time you use it. A little tip I usually give people is to avoid washing the unit. Once you wash it, any preservation chemicals on the hair gets stripped away and most people don't have the right synthetic washing products. I don't wash this wig, I just keep the lace clean. I love the texture, softness, hairline and curl pattern of this wig. It is SUPER thick but not heavy at all. I ended up thinning it out quite a bit and it’s still really thick for me. I agree with another poster; the beige color has a lot of pink undertones which I definitely didn’t expect. I’m probably going to get a couple of the other colors because I really do love this wig; I just wish the cap was smaller. I happen to have a child-size head, so I took off a star for comfort because the cap is about 2-2 1/2 inches too big for me. I had to whip stitch the cap in several places and sew the straps down just to keep it on my head even with a grip band, Got2Be Glued gel AND hairspray!! I did cut more layers down the sides and make baby hairs plus a tiny bit of bangs only because I’m more comfortable with bangs. This wig does tangle quite a bit even after I thinned it out; though not quite as badly. So think about thinning it out if it’s tangling on you badly. Shedding seems to be about average; not too bad. Overall, I’m very happy with my ‘mermaid’ hair; as my husband calls it. Lol. This one is a keeper! ... show more
