I like the product in that it has 100mcg rather 1000mcg, which I find at the stores, also, it is methylcobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin, which is what the stores have. It has a vitamin kind of smell to it, but that is normal. For me it is easy to swallow. Initially I started taking it on an empty stomach with a little bit of water while still in bed and half sleeping. Then, I would get up and eat after an hour or two whenever I woke up. This way I think I would absorb vitamin b12. My morning coffee could reduce its effectiveness. This is because vitamin B is water soluble and I don't want to pee it out with my coffee. In my understanding, we only need 2.4mcg of b12 each day. This would come from whole milk, beef, and liver. I am sure there are other foods that have it. Unfortunately, some of us don't eat these or won't eat these foods consistently like me. I might eat eye of round roast. It is the leanest beef, but I eat it very little and once or twice a year. I eat an egg perhaps once or twice a week. I drink nonfat milk or use nonfat powdered milk. I use the milk with coffee. Cereal like cheerios and grapenuts have vitamin B, which I buy from Amazon. People like me, I suppose could benefit, it is worth a try. Today, I felt like I should have breakfast and coffee first, like around 9:00 am. Then wait 2 hours and take the vitamin B complex. It was either a good day or this route of taking the vitamin gave me energy from morning till tonight as I am writing this review. I will keep trying this route to keep my energy into the middle of the evening hours. It doesn't hurt my stomach. No nausea, no headaches, it does make me pee yellow, but this is normal. It didn't mess with my period; some medications etc. do this; so, I am careful with that part of my health. I was feeling very week before taking the vitamin; I also had shortness of breath. I don't have the shortness of breath now. It could be this helped or I am currently taking a break from my last year of school. Even though I am not feeling overly energized, I am relaxed, not panicky or stressed. I would not take vitamin B after noon so that I could sleep. This is a good product 😃

I am very happy to have been able to get this brand. I follow a person on Instagram dedicated to health and he recommends them for made from organic materials and manufactured using sustainable practices. Also the brand is committed to reducing its environmental impact. I am very determined to leading a healthy life and something I have learned now is always search about the information of the ingredients first.
