Comfy, lightweight and soft. Its not something that I would get into the habit of drying. I washed and dried it and it shrunk slightly, so I will not be drying it again (which I don't typically do anyway with business or nicer attire)... I was nervous to order this but was pleasantly surprised, its nicer than I thought based on the reviews. I am 5'7 and 215 pounds. I got an XL for it to be slightly oversized, and it fits like a dream. I will be getting the yellow now that I tried out the black version. For bustier ladies, you may want a cami or something underneath. I have DDD and my cleavage is out.
