Added: it took several purchases of this same sweater to realize that I was buying the same thing from my local boutique. I finally cracked the code with my purchase of the red. I photographed the red that I purchased here with the rose pink version that I paid $45 in a local boutique. The look is exactly the same. The difference is in the material. The more expensive pink version is softer, but the red version here seems to have a slightly tighter weave. To me, if you compared the two, the red actually looks like the more expensive sweater. One final thing I have learned is to size up 1-2 sizes from normal if you want to achieve the look in the photo. I purchased the red in an XL (I am normally between M and L). I prefer the fit of the red sweater to all of the others. I will likely be purchasing several more colors to finish off my “collection” for future warm weather wear. I live in Texas so this will go with everything and be wearable nearly year round. I was excited about this too as a good neutral that I can wear most months of the year. It is a great price and feels very well made. I go between a M and L so I chose to go with large to try to achieve the look in their photos. The item I received just doesn’t give me that same look. I could go up another size, but I think a lot of it is me having a longer torso so it will likely never fit how I want. Nothing against the sweater - it’s a good weight with a nice stretch. The neck is a bit taller than I would probably love but overall everything is cute and would be great one someone who is move “average” in their height and weight. ... show more

I was very surprised by this item. I actually find this as a go-to top in my summer wardrobe. It's soft & quite flattering. It fits a long torso in all the right places. It's comfortable and not see through & easy to travel with. You can dress it up or down. I've washed it multiple times and it hasn't started to unravel, shrink or pill (I typically hang dry it but my husband has tossed it in the dryer a few times and it did fine). One of them did seem a little bigger than the others even though it was a size large (just like the others). It wasn’t a huge deal though and I still wear it.
