Made for the older Play:1 where you can physically connect a screw to the speaker. For the One SL, it sits on top of the stand over a fitting. There is nothing securing it in place. Had to return.

Stand assembly was easy. Only need a phillips screwdriver! Stand is primarily made of metal so it's very stout but not overly heavy. I like that it came with 2 options for protective feet under the base. I used the rubber feet for hardwood flooring. My stand and speaker are in a corner and the height really does seem to enhance the sound in that space. My only criticism is that the speaker is not entirely secure to the base. If bumped, the speaker could tip off the stand although it most likely would not fall to the floor as the power cable is a fairly snug fit. Just wish the speaker sat a bit more securely to the top of the stand. All in all, it's well made, looks great, and I believe enhances my audio experience with my Sonos speakers. ... show more

Waited a long time to purchase some stands for my Sonos system. Although these stands are not adjustable, they are sturdy, attractive, and easy to assemble. If your not worried about adjusting speaker height then I would recommend these stands.
