Ignore the comments that mention the stand doesn't come with the brackets!!! My stand came with 3 brackets that fit perfectly. Im not sure if they are old reviews or not but the brackets came with mine. UPDATE: I purchased 3 of these stands separately. Amazon will not allow 3 separate reviews. The 2nd one came today & it is scuffed up some. I seen another review mentioning the same thing. Luckily it's going on thick carpet & you can't see it. If not for that I would be sending it back. Got this for my Play 3 and it's great. It has all the attachments you need for the different types (Play One, One, Play Three, etc). It's nice sturdy material, hides the cord well, and comes with nice feet to protect your wood floor (like we have) OR to have little spikes that screw into the bottom to hold it in place on carpet. I was concerned that using this stand would not be sturdy for my Sonos Play 3 but it is perfect. The wider base gives stability as well as a secure connection on top. Quite easy to assemble and delivery was quite quick.

Update: higher rating because of great Sanus customer support. They proactively reached out to me and worked to improve my experience. They sent me a new bracket that works with my Sonos Play 1. Now it mounts securely, and I’m very happy with my speaker stand. This is a frustrating review to write, as I was unlucky enough to buy one of last year’s model, which is a fantastic, five star product. I was disappointed with this one. Last year’s model had a mounting screw to bind the speaker to the stand. This one just uses guide brackets, which would be fine if there was a locking mechanism or even a little friction to hold the speaker in place. That is not the case. The speaker basically just sits on a little disc without much stability. A small bump will knock the speaker off. I used electrical tape to hold the speaker in place, but I shouldn’t need to do that with a brand new product. ... show more

They’re generally sturdy and they do a reasonable job of holding the speakers. However, there’s no way to secure the speakers to the stands. They just sit on top. If you have young kids or pets, your speakers may go flying. Also, the speakers rattle when sitting on the stands. I cut up the adhesive felt pads that were intended for different speakers to create a soft surface that doesn’t rattle. ... show more

I used this product to mount Sonos 1 speakers. The product was easy to assemble and the stand base gives it good stability. The cable feeds through the stand and plugs into the wall. Though the speaker sits on the stand quite well, I rated this a 4 because the speaker is not secured to the stand via screw or other physical restraint. Depending upon where you place these speakers in relation to the wall outlets, you might want to consider a Sonos accessory for a longer power cable, though I did not require these. ... show more
