Despite the product name Santamedical, the box states this product is not for medical use and not for people over 60. The instruction manual is in tiny print and written in broken English. I looked online for a manual that might be easier to read but did not find one. I will use this, but I'm disappointed. ... show more

This is absolutely necessary, along with a good thermometer, during this Corona19-pandemic. It let's you know if your blood oxygen is normal or impaired & checks your cardiac pulse. It helps let you decide if you need medical attention for more than just a simple cold. Should you get sick from Corona, it will tell you if your getting worse or recovering. ... show more

[NOTE: The instruction sheets provided with this item are maddening and require a magnifying glass to read!] Operation is very simple and straightforward- insert the 2 AAA batteries, push the button to calibrate, insert index finger and note the readings. It will give an oxygen reading in percent, your pulse rate, and the Perfusion Index (PI). I received this today. At first, somewhat skeptical, as I had purchased another brand earlier that gave me readings from 30/24 to 95/64...when it worked. Have been having some breathing issues and had tested very low in Oxygen at the Dr.’s office. Wondered if I was that low at home when I feel winded…this meter has reassured me that the low count in the office has not been repeated at home. Simple to use and easy to read.     • Solid and workable product, does what it says
Very easy to setup and use. This is my first pulse oximeter and looks like I made a good choice. Installed batteries and it worked fine, have been using it daily as a check and seems accurate. OLED display is great, very readable and this is my preferred version of this product.

Was shipped fast! This was a good oximeter. It was pricy but worth it for peace of mind. My son has asthma and I like to keep track of his oxygen levels when he is sick. Now with the virus going around I knew this was a good time to buy one. I don’t like that it’s not very accurate when it comes to heart rate but I think that’s common with other oximeters. ... show more
