Solid little tool for conditioning — especially for BJJ. Build quality feels durable and the resistance dial actually makes a difference. Turn toward + and breathing gets seriously challenging, which is great for breath control and gas tank work. The dial does feel a bit loose at the lowest setting (–), but it tightens up as you increase resistance. No impact on performance — just something to note. Mouthpiece is comfortable and stays put with a light bite, like a snorkel. Easy to rinse and reuse. Biggest downside: the instructions are terribly translated and confusing. Setup is simple once you ignore the manual. Pros • Durable build • Effective resistance levels • Comfortable fit • Great for BJJ conditioning Cons • Confusing instructions • Dial loose at lowest setting Bottom line: If you train and want better breathing control and endurance on the mats, this is a solid value.

My grandson wanted to try this, nana was busy and did not do the research like I usually do. When it arrived I was not comfortable with him using it just because it might help with sports breathing. This may work ok with older users or someone with breathing difficulties but I did not think he needed to use it. I am sure I could have returned it but it was my mistake in not doing my research so I tossed it, lesson learned. So I think it depends on age and reason for using it.

Been using this breathing device about 3 times a day while working out. The resistance knob has a lot a variability as well but, the device needs to be cleaned immediately
