My son asked it to have this. He’s in football, wrestling, and track. Restriction on breathing as advised to help with winding during jogs around the block. He uses it most nights and no complaints about the functionality “it’s adjustable “.

Like the easy to carry of this product! Plus even while doing training on treadmill just easy to take off if you feel of need of more air. Product looks durable and good quality. So far I feel amazing everytime I used it.

This device as at least a third the price of others on Amazon and works great. Keep it in my entertainment room to use while watching TV or movies. Besides using it for what it was meant to do, I also find it to be a useful device for slow breathing to help me relax-breathing into the device at the lowest tension setting helps make me aware of my breathing speed. Great value!

My grandson wanted to try this, nana was busy and did not do the research like I usually do. When it arrived I was not comfortable with him using it just because it might help with sports breathing. This may work ok with older users or someone with breathing difficulties but I did not think he needed to use it. I am sure I could have returned it but it was my mistake in not doing my research so I tossed it, lesson learned. So I think it depends on age and reason for using it.

The item is exactly how it was described. The knob to loosen or tighten air flow is good. In my opinion, even the loosest part of the knob is still a good flow for air. Any looser defeats the point of the device.
