Description

The Innovo Deluxe Fingertip pulse oximeter shows your measured SpO2 and Pulse Rate on a high quality OLED screen (with six multidirectional display choices) and come with two critically acclaimed features, the Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index (PI), that will improve the reliability of the readings dramatically. Each wave corresponds to a heartbeat and the amplitude to the amount of blood detected in your blood vessels. When the height of the wave amplitude no longer fluctuates (as shown like the figure above), this means that the pulse oximeter is now optimized and you may now take the readings. Meanwhile, the PI conveniently informs you of the strength of your pulse. If the PI value is less than 0.2%, this means that your hands are too cold or improperly positioned in the pulse oximeter. Simply warm your finger and reposition it so that it is right under the LED lights. No more second guessing if the readings are reliable or why the pulse oximeter is not giving a reading. Using a vastly improved sensor, the Innovo deluxe pulse oximeter can also now correct for small movements, allowing more versatile usage. Comes with a lanyard and 2 AAA batteries so that you can use the pulse oximeter right out of the box. The oximeter might not work on kids or adults with small fingers. • Great product
The Innovo Deluxe iP900AP Fingertip Pulse Oximeter with Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index in Off-White with Black is a fantastic addition to my health monitoring tools. This device has truly impressed me with its accuracy and ease of use. Unlike other pulse oximeters I've tried, this one stands out with its sleek design and clear display. What I love most about the iP900AP is its Plethysmograph and Perfusion Index features, which provide valuable insights into my pulse and blood oxygen levels. It's not just a basic oximeter; it goes the extra mile to give me a comprehensive picture of my health. The off-white and black color combination is stylish and modern, making it a visually appealing device to have at home. I've compared it to similar products, and the iP900AP offers a unique experience. It's fast, reliable, and has become an essential part of my health routine. Whether you're monitoring your oxygen levels for medical reasons or simply for peace of mind, I highly recommend the Innovo Deluxe iP900AP Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. It's a top-notch product that I'm thrilled to have in my collection. ... show more

  • Very nice unit
I originally purchased a different manufacturers Oximeter from Amazon but had nothing but problems with it. It was "simple" to operate and read but gave varying results on different and the same fingers. It could simply have been a defective unit but I wasn't impressed. So I bought this one instead. It was more expensive but I also bought the Forehead thermometer to go with it. I work out almost daily and record weight, Body Fat, BP already but wanted to add the Oximiter and Temp readings as well. What impressed me with this Innovo unit was that it has ways to calibrate the accuracy of readings by providing a graph as well as the Perfusion Index. I should note that I might get as much as a 1% variance trying it on different fingers but for consistency I decided on using the same finger (3rd finger - right hand) and record the values on a daily basis just after my workout. I have found the numbers to be fairly consistent day to day (although it may vary by a percent each day). That's OK!!!!... Whether you take your BP or temp or weight, you will most likely have a very small variance (1-2%) which depends on various factors including water/food intake as well as time of day. So I record my stats every day just after my workout before I each breakfast. It doesn't mean you have to to do the same, just as long as you record your numbers at the same consistent part of your day and don't record some before you eat, and some just after. You're looking for consistency and to understand your base numbers. That's important in case your numbers start to fluctuate as an early sign something might be amiss. You may find some web sites stating numbers that scare you if you don't reach those... don't be put off. Don't just take a single day's reading and get all upset. Monitor it every day for a few weeks and you'll find your own normal numbers. Let your Primary Care see the results and they'll let you know if they're normal FOR YOU... If you surf the WEB you'll likely find many different opinions from non-medically certified individuals. I'm in my 60's and simply want to stay as healthy as possible and adding the Oximiter was just another factor to be aware of. As for accuracy, so my Dr tells me, the recordings I gave him are all normal/good for my age so I feel comfortable that this unit was worth the extra dollars and this unit works very well and does appear to be very accurate. One last thing. Even though it can produce numbers in just a few seconds, I've found that it's best to leave it on your finger for 30 seconds. The longer the sampling the more accurate and consistent reading you'll get. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • Good sensor
Finally, a good sensor that doesn't give a straight line or say finger out. It just gives me the information I need. I like the big bright numbers so it is easy to read & it seems well made & sturdy. It has a lot of features that I won't use but others might. I do like that the screen is adjustable to be read any way you need. All in all, I really like this unit & highly recommend it. ... show more

  • Easiest to read in sunlight. Easy to install batteries. Very easy to use
Reviews of Beurer OP30, Beurer OP60, and the Innovo Deluxe iP900AP I needed a Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and went searching. A few of the items identified that the user could download to their phone the readings. This seemed like an excellent idea but after wasting several hours with the device, on the phone for over an hour, spending almost an hour trying to log into an application on my iPhone, it’s a dead issue. Looking at other reviews for Bluetooth-capable OX readers, do not waste your money. It doesn’t work. So, now, looking at my OP60 as if it was the OP30, I give it a good review. I like it. And I also like the Innovo, perhaps a bit more. I bought the Innovo because I needed to verify the readings I was getting off the Beurer. (My Apple iWatch’s Blood OX% reading was generally 1–4% higher than the two devices, but they were generally 0–2% off of each other, well within spec. A number of oximeter readers have an interesting battery holder: traditionally, the spring goes against the “-“ side of the battery, and the little “+” nib of the battery goes against a piece of metal. The Beurer, like MANY other oximeter checkers, has one spring against the “+” and the other against the “-.” I’ve never seen anything like this before, but if you look closely at the battery compartment, the circuitry does work. What this says to me is that there’s one company making Blood oximeter units for a slew of different companies. The Innovo uses the traditional spring orientation. I’m going to guess that it’s made by a different company. Overall, both units work well. They both provide a reading within 9 seconds (plus/minus 1 second). Both were accurate to each other. However, beat-per-minute reading was very inconsistent between the two, but I’m not going into that here. •Both can be worn continuously for constant readings. •Both can rotate their readings to change the orientation for viewing. The Beurer does this automatically by internal sensors, and the Innovo does it by pressing the start button again and again until you get the orientation you want. I was expecting not to like that, but the button’s actions are sticky. So, if you rotate it to a certain position, the next time you press the start button, it will be in the same position. The big difference between the two is the brightness. Beurer is not as bright. If you are outdoors, it’s very difficult to see the readings. The Innovo is brighter and can be seen in sunlight (not as easy as indoor readings, but it works fine). Also, the Innovo display is a tad larger as well. And back to batteries for a moment, I found the battery compartment for the Beurer very difficult to access. It’s a friction-slip opening, and it took a lot of pressure to make it move. The Innovo was very easy to access the battery area. And one more plus for the Beurer is that it comes with a small nylon bag that can be attached to your belt if you want to carry it with you. Both come with lanyards. The INNOVO can easily fit in the Beurer’s bag. ... show more
