Clipping my nails is one of the things I hate doing the most. It is extremely boring to me and I avoid doing it even when my nails are uncomfortably long. It just so happened that I lost my typical pair of boring nail clippers, so I figured I'd look for some cute nail clippers that actually might provide me with some motivation to clip my nails and make me not hate it as much. As soon as I saw these clippers, I knew I needed them. They came in just a few days (with Prime) and they are even cuter in person. Like I seriously can't get over how adorable they are. I like to look at these even when I'm not clipping my nails because they just boost my mood. They clip nails very nicely; you only need to press down once, and not too hard, for the blades to cut cleanly through the nail. Plus, sometimes you can manage to cut the entire nail off in one piece and it just goes right into the clippers (easy to remove), so you don't have to deal with tiny shards of your nails flying everywhere with each clip. It is a decent size, significantly larger than a toe clipper but maybe a little smaller than other nail clippers, but that just adds to its appeal. It has a compact and ergonomic shape. Also, the nail file on the inside is actually extremely effective and probably one of the best nail files I've used in general. I'm happy with these nail clippers. The nail clippers are slightly larger than the typical nail clippers found at the drug store. They are very sturdy and work great. Plus, they're cute!

I bought these more because they were pink and cute. But they work surprisingly well, they seem very sharp and clip things on the first try.

    • Do not buy "normal size" from "GJG audio USA"
GJG audio USA incorrectly marked the large size clippers as regular sized. So you get toenail clippers instead of fingernail clippers. I have the regular size already and ordered a second pair, so I know what I got was not right. In fact I have them side by side. I might still keep them because they are high quality, but buyer beware. I also measured the clipper box and it does not conform to the listing as it is 3 7/8" long rather than 3". While I'm here: My original clippers are still working great, but the Hello Kitty graphic has mostly worn off (I carried them in my pocket). I was planning on coating the new pair in clear nail polish to try to protect the design. ... show more

It's a perfect size to hold in any ages hand. The quality is very sturdy. Build very very well. It has a built in nail file in the center of the clippers as well. Cuts very well so be careful with any age uses the clippers.
