    • Unstable Product
I bought this product because the price combined with the shipping was reasonable. When the product arrived, I had issues with assembly, as the holes were not aligned, and I was unable to fasten the screw. I reached out to the vendor and explained, and even provided photos. They provided me with a $50 credit. I took the piece and had a local welding shop drill/cut open up the hole, so I was able to attach the screw. Not too much of an issue. Unfortunately, as I started to add products onto the rack, the entire rack was unable to hold the weight. It is completely unstable, and as a result, I end up having to buy angle iron, which cost $50, and have it screwed onto each corner to hold the rack together. The rack is in a corner, and I am afraid to move it around. It's silly because I am stuck with a product that was poorly crafted and does not serve it purpose. It is not my intention to hurt anyone's business, but there are some major flaws here that you should look into. ... show more

My bakery rack arrived yesterday and I was impressed with the quality of the components. Everything was there except the instructions! Thankfully my son, daughter in law and I were able to zoom in on pictures with my phone and assembled it. It is a bit wobbly so I would appreciate some tips. Normally I don’t like to review, but this time I want you know that not good product I by this rack for my donut shop for 20 racks but is not strong enough to hold my donuts one day my donuts on the floor . The wheel and the material not good.

I bought this product for my mother who bakes every day. This item was easy to assembly but has sharp edges and will cut you easily if you do not wear gloves during assembly. The wheel was bent so it made this product not as sturdy as it should be. Overall, it has been great for my mother's business, but she is a 1-woman operation. I recommend this product. ... show more

I have four carts just like this however, this one comes in individual pieces which you have to put together see photos attached. The prior ones arrived with the sides already assembled, and all you had to do is put on the crossmembers and the wheels. Not with the new ones.
