Currently, I am a family of five, and we invested in this washing and drying machine from this company, believing it would assist us throughout the week in managing our laundry. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase and suspect that I received a defective and used machine. Upon receiving the machine, I noticed a significant scratch on its front panel. Subsequently, the machine has been emitting an excessively loud noise. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company for assistance, I have been informed that the warranty and protective service will not provide coverage due to the machine’s relatively short lifespan of less than a year. Consequently, I am left with the responsibility of resolving the issue myself. I am determined to seek professional attention and reimbursement for the defective machine. This is great machine, I love it. I still have the pair of old machines but I only used once sense I got the new machine. I always forget to transfer the load on the old machines and I find them wet the next day.

Best washer ever. I’ve had mine a little over a year performance is great. Playing with the buttons I learn how to wash/dry. Only wash and only dry steam and refresh. Add all the detergent for up to 20 washes. It’s great. Laundromats were getting really expensive. We were spending almost $50 a week just to do our family loads. The size is perfect. We actually built a shelf on top of the washer for all of our laundry necessities to wash. It’s simple and no-more I forgot to put in dryer. One simple wash and dry. Done. I bought this at home depot. Its awesome. Had for two years now and not a hiccup. Takes the same amount of time that a wash and dry takes with your existing appliances, but does a better job. Clothes never damp. One point of advice: Do Not Over Load - stack the drum to the half way point and STOP.
