    • This is a great machine, just buy it.
This is great machine, I love it. I still have the pair of old machines but I only used once sense I got the new machine. I always forget to transfer the load on the old machines and I find them wet the next day.

Currently, I am a family of five, and we invested in this washing and drying machine from this company, believing it would assist us throughout the week in managing our laundry. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase and suspect that I received a defective and used machine. Upon receiving the machine, I noticed a significant scratch on its front panel. Subsequently, the machine has been emitting an excessively loud noise. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company for assistance, I have been informed that the warranty and protective service will not provide coverage due to the machine’s relatively short lifespan of less than a year. Consequently, I am left with the responsibility of resolving the issue myself. I am determined to seek professional attention and reimbursement for the defective machine. This unit is amazing. Takes some adjustment to our old ways as it’s a long cycle to complete wash and dry however we put loads in the machine in the morning before work come home done, at night before bed wake up done. The first time I used it was very quiet, it now makes a loud fan noise. The lint filter also has to be cleaned very frequently ... show more
