Currently, I am a family of five, and we invested in this washing and drying machine from this company, believing it would assist us throughout the week in managing our laundry. However, I am deeply dissatisfied with this purchase and suspect that I received a defective and used machine. Upon receiving the machine, I noticed a significant scratch on its front panel. Subsequently, the machine has been emitting an excessively loud noise. Despite my repeated attempts to contact the company for assistance, I have been informed that the warranty and protective service will not provide coverage due to the machine’s relatively short lifespan of less than a year. Consequently, I am left with the responsibility of resolving the issue myself. I am determined to seek professional attention and reimbursement for the defective machine. This unit is amazing. Takes some adjustment to our old ways as it’s a long cycle to complete wash and dry however we put loads in the machine in the morning before work come home done, at night before bed wake up done. Perfectly washed and dried. Once you figure out schedule that works well for you you will never want the old ways again. ... show more

    • Great if 6hrs per load isn't a problem.
They don't tell up front (maybe in small print?) 6hrs per load. Not a problem for me but most probably wouldn't like that.

I bought this product from Amazon and it is defective. I want to return it and I can't because it is very heavy. They delivered it to the location but they won't come to pick up the return. The product is very heavy and I can't move it from the location. They didn't refund me the amount I paid.
