Absolute horrible experience phone barely gets any signal seems to be getting worse everyday also have had a problem since activation about ear piece cutting out in middle of conversation. Notified Amazon on day one and they tell me I have to send phone back for repair they cannot replace it which means I will be without a phone for who knows how long ... show more

This phone has great camera quality, has really good sound quality. A good amount of storage, and it is expandable, I havent put an sd card in and I havent even come close to running out of storage. the only thing that I do not care for with this phone is it did not have the wifi calling ability that most phones do but that doesnt bother me. all in all a great phone, really glad with my purchase from this seller. ... show more

This phone started off great, then after a few weeks, calls consistently are static-y. They keep dropping in and out and having a conversation with anyone is impossible. The phone also glitches with the keyboard, constantly. I am livid that it is now beyond the 90-day guarantee so I am completely stuck with a useless phone. I enjoy my samsung phone! It is a great size for movies...I wish the volume went a bit louder though. Even with music it is not really loud. I am simple, I dont use a ton of gadgets on my phones...but samsung menus are easy to navigate and there are multiple ways to get to a menu. This is my 2nd s 8, and the only thing that I think could be better is the camera quality. I fell like my photos are always grainy instead of clear. And forget a decent picture if it is darkish and a flash can't be used. ... show more
